so This is not the name of the place, its not open until 11pm either. The phone numbers dont work either. - so what is right in this place?we walked there at 9.55 last night to find a different name and to be told they close at 10pm

Great little Cafe, good service and a great selection of food. Closes late too. Oh and accepts card which is huge!

Cannot really fault this place. Took my daughter and friends as part of a birthday treat using a Groupon. Place is very small but food tastes good and peppermint tea was delicious.

·

The last time I went to this restaurant I was really disappointed. I had a Groupon deal and the advertisement was fictitious as I arrived and they did not offer what was on the ad. They literally refuse and I had to get my refund back from Groupon. They claim they have informed Groupon several times about the mistake and nothing has been done. However the restaurant continued to advertise and entice people to the restaurant without them giving the advertised deal.

I always go here for take away coffee when I'm in town!! Really lovely staff and a great local businessThe coffee is lovely and hot every time and the staff let me wait outside with a cigarette and bring me my coffee! They also offer a great menu of their traditional food which is all freshly made and cooked in front of youTry the shisha pipes for £7-9 it's a great laugh and not too expensive!10/10 would recommend

What they do, they do brilliantly. To be honest I don't know why I didn't come here sooner! Staff are friendly and food has a brilliant presentation and flavour.

Great little place with lovely management and staff. Serves middle-eastern food and burgers. I had a lamb kofta wrap, which was very tasty and a good portion. My only criticism is that the meat could have been a bit more tender. The other thing they could work on is the decor - it is a bit rough around the edges.

Thoroughly recommend Royal Coast Cafe. I'm not an expert in middle eastern cuisine but what I was served Lamb Shish with rice was outstanding food and tasted great. The food looked authentic and it seemed as if the staff were equally passionate about their food and customer service . There were also some western elements to the menu (such as pizza) for the less adventurous and the staff were friendly and attentive. The place was clean and well presented. I really enjoyed my food which was also a generous serving. A good sized plate which was fully loaded. I was then presented with a free desert to round off, presumably as I was a new face. A very nice touch and I will no doudbt visit again soon.

One of the very few good places to eat food in central Cardiff which is invaded by fast food franchises. The food was fresh, authentic, delicious and reasonably price. All of these traits are in very short supply in central Cardiff "restaurants".I would highly recommend this place.

These guys deserve a shout out. I help support the vulnerable in Cardiff. Last Sunday we forgot sugar for the hot drinks we serve. I coped in to th cafe and without hesitation the staff provide a bag of sugar. They have a generous heart. Their generosity should be rewarded, pop in for a drink or something to eat.
