Ordered food from this restaurant. At first they were helpful with explaining if certain dishes had fish sauce on or not. When we collected the food and got home and began to eat we noticed what looked like a BIG clump of ‘hair’ in the food. It put us off our food immediately. I rang zis cafe and they explained they wanted to see the hair so they could find out if it was Asian or Western hair. I sent them a photo. They came to our house and was still convinced it was not hair but string. I explained either way it should not be in my food. After a lot of debate they said I could have half of my money back as we ‘consumed’ half of the food! I tried to explain that the half that was no longer in the cartons was now in fact in the bin and I was not prepared to go through my bin to collect rice and pieces of chicken, so they could take it back to the store. Terrible customer service! And hygiene.

Exceptional food, by far the best Chinese food I have tasted, a family favourite. We would not go anywhere else for Chinese cuisine. The food is authentic and the service fantastic. The dishes are light and tasty. The restaurant owner always has the utmost time for you. I would recommend sitting in as opposed to a takeaway for the full dining experience.

Absolutely amazing food, staff and a personal friendly touch by Mr Zi himself. Best in Cardiff.

!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!!!Received order and discovered raw chicken in the curry. Also a liver in with the duck (idk if this is normal tbh). I called them up and they wouldn’t take my word for it and disregarded what I had to say. I was told the chicken was cooked twice and it would not have been undercooked.I insisted on sending an image of the undercooked chicken as well as the duck liver.Once the restaurant received the images I was informed that the duck liver was fine to just leave and not abnormal but the chicken was not cooked enough. I was offered a £6.00 refund/ the dish to be re-cooked. Obviously I was not happy with either of these options as there is a large chance I will end up falling ill.I asked for a full refund which they agreed to on the terms that the order was returned with each item containing more than half of its contents. This restaurant cared more about the return of their undercooked food than the well-being of their customers.Upon collection of the order a delivery man looked through each item to ensure each was more than half full (even the sauces). This situation was handled extremely unprofessionally and I am disgusted at the inability to properly cook chicken.Don’t let the other reviews fool you, this place is a joke.I may be forced to report this case to the environmental health services.

Very friendly and lovely owners, they personally speak to you and ask how your meals are and even hold conversations with you if you like. Food has always been great as well as their prices!

An irony of a restaurants. That took my order online with Just eat. Haven't refunded me after serving me a boiled sloppy Joes . The Restaurant owner is a crook. Stole my money then left me out of pocket. You Should be ashamed of yourself ! You might think 'Just eat' can redact your reviews. But it doesn't stop me making a review on Google. Don't order from this place online.

! Cash Only! Food was fine, service was very friendly.

Tom Yum soup was a bit on the salty side but it was tasty. The fried noodles, mixed meats, wasn't good, too dry. The house mixed rice wasn't that great either.

The owner is friendly and good service... the food is absolutely good here!! A place should go!!

Not happy at all, food wasnt so bad but nothing special, Small portion, horrible sauce, noodles for 6 pounds that taste like noodles for 40p from supermarket. I do not enjoy to leave negative reviews but I was hungry and now I am still hungry and disappointed.
