Zizzi - Cardiff Bay in Cardiff

Great food good portions excellent service the ap to order makes it all so easy highly recommended we ate outside and views across the bay were stunning

Starters and pizza were good to be fair. Service left a lot to be desired. Not directly rude but bordering on it.Had mushrooms on two pizzas that weren't supposed to have mushrooms (the people who had them hate mushrooms) but we didn't want yo have a disrupted meal so they picked them all off. Weird! Toilets were grim. Such a shame as great location. Doubt we'll be back.

Very well situated in Mermaid Quay, a 10 min walk from Cardiff Bay station. Good views from first floor restaurant and a wonderful location overall. Food and drinks were great, staff very welcoming and overall a nice atmosphere. Only let down was the slow service and heat in the restaurant. Otherwise a great place for a meal and drinks!

Lovely place to have food. Quality food at a fair price. Food was hot and well presented, portions were good and food was very tasty. It is a busy restaurant so advanced booking is recommended. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. They do have a very good App which you can order your food and send direct to the kitchen. You can also pay for you food via the app also. So all in all a very nice evening to be had. Will go back again.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. We chose this place because we love Italian food and expect to eat delicious wood-fired pizza (the way it should be). unfortunately, the pizza turned out to be very dry, the service is that your order will be brought to you and you will sit at a dirty table. Disappointment.

The staff were very lovely, and the food arrived very quickly. The Mascarpone Girasoli, as nice as it was, did not arrive anywhere near as good as it looked in the imagine. The lack of presentation and vegetables was disappointing. The Lasagne on the other hand, was great.

Well decorations of the restaurant. Also the service is great. The online order system is convenient but the speed to providing food need to be improved. Overall, it's a comfort experience for this meal

We celebrated a 21st birthday here on Sunday. The food was excellent!! The service was good and we had a great time.

Lovely spacious restaurant, a good amount of seating with provisions for social distancing. A lovely menu and specials board too. Food and drink arrived quickly and was a good temperature and taste. Waitress Natalie was very friendly and me than helpful throughout the start. The toilets we're a very high stand and it was refreshing to see hand lotion available too. There are other dishes I'd like to try on the menu, so will be calling again very soon. Highly recommended.

So welcoming and such a lovely environment to go out for a meal.Staff are so helpful and friendly , it was a refreshing experience.Now for the food, perfectly cooked and presented, we could not fault anything.We did opt for cocktails and really nice , not to mind blowing strong either.Thank you team Zizzi for a fab night .See you again soon.
