Golden beidge in Merthyr Tydfil

A secret not to be shared!Delicious food delivered piping hot. Recommend but not until I get my order.

This is the first time we have had a meal from new golden bridge Chinese take away Trelewis, we were not disappointed, quality great and good value for money, only it could have been a little hotter. Thanks 👍🏻

Have been buying food from here for years.during lockdown I was also ordering food for my neighbours. I live in 4a and they live in 4b.i have also recommended golden bridge to my friends in bedlinog. Ordered food tonight at 7.20 .at 8.20 I rang to ask where was my food.the owner of golden bridge then proceeded to shout and scream at meUnknown to me my son a few months ago had complained about food from golden bridge.have given them a lot of custom.my son does not live with me now.food and service always been good.enjoy your food from golden bridge but a word of advice..dont ever complain as you will have the owner screaming at you.

Very quick delivery lush good it my favourite Chinese only moved up here 2 weeks tryed a few places but this is amazing going to be my to go to Chinese know xx

Got the order wrong and couldn't care less that they did. Items missing. "We are busy we'll give them to you when you next order". The food is usually very nice but this is not the way to treat customers. Unprofessional, the manager wouldn't even come on the phone. "You've spoiled the meal of someone completely, as their sauces are missing and they don't like it dry". They offered to give another sauce if we ordered again. The sauce was part of of a meal so if I ordered that meal again I'd get it free anyway. They simply didn't care they souled someone's night and took his money. They wouldn't offer him as much as a free can of pop, so they are cheap.

Been going to this Chinese for years and was worth the trip from caerphilly.... Until i found a caterpillar in my food!!! called shop they refused to refund my order only the dish that the caterpillar was found in. Even though i couldn't eat my meal and threw the whole lot out. Disgusting and poor customer service.

Golden bridge is always our top take away shop. Never had any problem before. Great cleanliness and friendly staff. Highly recommend

By far the best food about and value for money. delivery always on time or before time stated will be making more orders.
