McDonald's in Merthyr Tydfil

Took 30 minutes at the drive through this morning it really wasn't very busy about 8 cars at the drive through and about another 8 parked up. Another 15 minutes after we was told to park up just for 1 mcmuffin I might add. I had to go in and get it myself after saying I have an appointment to make and I'll have to have a refund it was there ready just no one wanted to bring it out in the rain. The place wasn't lacking staff either we spent about 5 mins at the pay area looking at about 10 teen workers talk to this other teen worker who had a bandage on... no wonder the wait was so long utterly incompetent ill make my own sausage bap before I leave in the morning next time.

We were impressed with the pleasant table delivery service from Sharoll who despite the extreme busyness and chaos, brought our order with a smile. Great workers there.

Intended a quick drive through but there was a mistake on the order so we had to drive through again. The food is OK for a convenient snack.

am not happy you upped the mcflurry price whatta ripoff you better but it back to normal and to be fair you don’t even fill it all the way every time i get a mcflurry i only get it half full. if more things go upi will be ANGRY.

We come from Essex and are visiting family. We just wanted a little stop gap and called through the drive through. We was greeted by a very happy sole on the intercom, who didn't rush us and advised us on our good choices. We then proceeded round to pay for our order and was greeted by a smiley face that being Tommy. I felt the need to write a review as too many in this world are quick to complain. Keep it up Tommy, you made our day!

Visited McDonalds Rhydycar Merthyr today. 30 minute wait for 2 breakfast rolls. Coffee orders came half full. Off duty staff being served before customers. There was the longest queue I have seen in a mcds. Kitchen staff laughing and joking around while customers were getting fed up of waiting for their order. This was always the better of the 2 Mcds in Merthyr but today was a disgrace.I would be embarrassed if I was working the morning shift today. Safe to say this was our last visit.

Walked in, ordered 1 meal with no changes and I had to ask the staff after 20 mins where my order was. No one was bothered and they young lad with the blond hair who was packing orders, was swearing because he didn't want to do table services. Toilets were covered in poo and mud was all over the floor. The worst one I've been to.

Never write reviews but last few times I have been here to get breakfasts the orders are always wrong. Wrappers say one thing and food is different when opened. Burgers are always thrown together so bad it's hard to make out what's in the boxes with the meals. Won't be going to the rhydycar one anymore

I prefer this McD to the one near the retail park. If an order isn't right, they fix it straight away without giving grief. After all, McDonald's is a happy place 😂

not rocket science to make sure a drink lid is on properly. Security seems more interested in their phone than whats actually going on in store.
