Came from the bunkhouse round the corner for a takeaway, but once inside decided to eat-in. Jacob was incredibly good to us and really personable, food was great.

Have had three takeaways from here. All were tasty, hot and ready on time.

Perfectly acceptable tasty Indian Curries, good selection , good service. Pricing spot on. Only downside, no alcohol but not an issue really, happy with the non alcoholic beers on offer.

This restaurant does not serve or allow you to bring in alcohol, probably no need to read on.Our visit turned into a bit of a comedy, the waiter threw a full tray of rice and naan on the floor, one of our party ordered chicken and got lamb.Mixed feelings on the food some enjoyed it more than others. And we scored a free round of 0 % Heinekin

Food was terrible! Lamb was chewy and sauces tasted like they came out of a jar! We will never eat here again. And would definitely not recommend

Never judge a book by its cover. This restaurant may not look like the swanky city centre types, but boy they work hard at producing an excellent meal with great service.I travel up and down the country finding great places to eat curry and having been to Brick Lane in London to Sparkbrook in Birmingham, I have tried lots of places to eat. This was among the best. The mix of spices were unique and the flavour poured from every mouthful. Really authentic cooking and staff who could not have made us feel more welcome. As I say look past the frontage of the building (and old hotel that looks nothing like a curry house) and step into taste heaven - the meal was outstanding and I will be back!

We had a takeaway. We didn't enjoy it. The Korma was not nice at all. Very sweet and the sauce was grainy. I even questioned if the correct dish had been ordered as it didn't taste like a korma. The £7.50 Indian bag in Tesco is much nicer. Sorry to post such a negative review, but we would not order from here again.

Absolutely delicious. Well worth a visit. Excellent service and very reasonably priced. Don't look at the decor, it's all about the food.
