Menu interesting but food is terrible. Watery microwaved vegetables, tasteless mushy pie filling with very little meat, bean bake tastes of beans cooked in water. But the salad accompaniment was good. Overall though definitely avoid if you want to eat good food

Another great day out at Abbey Mill today! Sunshine and daffodils all the way, then delicious lunch served by ever friendly staff. Wanted to get a special gift, but not waste the day trawling round shops, or chancing the internet. Lots of fun and clever choices from Mill’s new Spring range. Happy, relaxed and successful day, would recommend to everyone!

Very quick stop, good of you want quick coffee/ bite to eat. 5m walk down Road to the Abbey. Best plan is to walk over the bridge, and it's 2km to a few attractions

I am writing this while sitting by the small water feature with a proud Welsh dragon in the middle, enjoying a nice bolw of lamb cawl and a cold bottle of beer. What can I say, it's an idilic moment. Just walked 4 miles enjoying the surrounding scenery and now feasting on a proper bowl of lamb cawl, served with fresh bread a slice of cheese and a hot Welsh cake. Life is good 🙂

Its a lovely little place to sit with a cup of coffee or some lunch. There are a few quaint little shops that are well worth a browse too. The view is gorgeous if you manage to catch the weather just right.

Good basic food in cafe. Whilst it's a tourist hot spot it's still good. I liked the craft shop prices and quality of artists producing really desirable pieces.

(4.5 stars) Wonderful location, lovely food and drink... enough room for a sweet but wished there wasn't ☺️Knocking (0.5 stars) because of one of staffs presentation.Didn't want to be critical, but presentation, ether attire and/or manner are part of the dinning experience.

A little surprise find. Looking for a quick spot to eat, having done a long 3 hour walk in the morning. The pictures don't do justice, but very close to the old Abbey, great COVID considerations, well managed and controlled. Had a tasty fresh baked baguette, and a cuppa each. However, if you have time, the pies looked and sounded delicious. Parking on site tough, but public parking a short walk. Worth a visit
