Just what i needed before a drive back to The Lake District, the all you can eat breakfast is well worth the money, the choice is huge and all well cooked. I came on a Sunday (weekend of the jubilee) the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. I left happy and full. Will certainly return if I'm in the area again

I had a dinner and breakfast here. Food is good and it has a good variety of selections even though they are running on limited menu at the moment. Breakfast is the usual English breakfast..good enough I guess.

Arrive at the facility wanting to have a sit in meal, waiting at the sign stating 'please wait here to be seated' for around 10 minutes and was then told that they were not accepting any walk-ins. Meanwhile the restaurant had 90% of its tables empty. Having turned 9 people away including the party waiting at the door with us, clearly customer satisfaction isn't at the heart of your establishment at all. Nothing but disappointment from here after the attitude of the member of staff.

Nice enough food, booked a large table for 10+ but were seated separately and dined at different times. For that reason it kind of spoilt the occasion but not to an extent it was a bad experience just a bit disappointing

Were visiting Wales, on way back randomly dropped in for a meal. We were pleasantly suprised, right from the staff member at entry who was most welcoming and friendly, staff serving the carvery and generally everyone was outstanding. The place was full but well organised. As a globe traveller, I can tell good people make businesses good, especially service and FNB business, and 100% marks to the staff. The food was also excellent. We had a very good and pleasant time. Thank you. We will surely visit again when back in the UK. Thanks to lovely staff.

My daughter took me here for a lovely Mother’s Day 3 course meal and booked for 19.00pm we had to wait half and hour for our starter by the time we finished it, we let that go down, when we went up for our meat carvery which was gammon, beef and Turkey on the menu when we got up to the counter there was nothing!!!!! No fresh beef no potatoes no veg I couldn’t believe it, the waiter ask did we want to order off the menu again so we went for the mixed grill just for them to say they didn’t have gammon orrrrr much salad left, the time is now 20.25pm and we are starving only having a prawn salad

Evening meal very disappointing, jacket potato looked as if it had been hanging around for hours, burnt hard skin and potato flesh a horrible grey colour. The salad garnish was just some lettuce chopped up and 2 wedges of tomato. I complained about the potato, the server said she would tell the chef but we didn't hear any update.Breakfast was also very disappointing, I ordered porridge and after quite a long wait it was dumped in front of me in a bowl, a solid grey blob which took a lot of milk to loosen up. Not looking forward to tomorrow's pre-booked breakfast. Customer service skills seriously lacking in this establishment and after tomorrow morning we will definitely not be returning.

Took our little girl to hospital today and decided to stop at Brewsters as a treat as she was upset. We turned up a bit too early, but staff let us in and were super friendly and kind. They gave our child plushies from the claw machines and went out of their way to ensure she was happy and we were having a good time. The food was great and the service was fantastic. Cannot thank the man who went out of his way to make it such a memorable visit enough. We will be returning in 3 months after the next hospital appointment

Couldn't have imagined a less helpful welcome to a near empty pub. Hostile check of whether we'd booked a table or not. We hadn't. We'd just travelled 150 miles. Whitbread would be appalled to have seen the level of customer service. Very poor. Shame as it is a nice newish facility.

This was the tandoori mixed grill looks completely different to the one in the description and the photo on the menu. The cheesy spicy fries were the biggest disappointment as they had no cheese or chillies on them they were just a bowl of chips with curry sauce on top
