What a lovely little village pub. Very friendly atmosphere and very welcoming and friendly staff. We stayed just up the road and ate/drank here two nights in a row. The food was absolutely amazing and great value for money. Would definitely recommend a visit

This is a great pub with brilliant staff in a very friendly village, my party came into the village for a quiet stag party to enjoy ourselves. We had one of the owners as a host whom was brilliant, a humourous man that sorted our every request. The lamb pie and carpenter pie especially was very delicious and would recommend. All in all a very pleasant experience with delicious food and would recommend with all holidaymakers.

Had a delicious burger with bacon and cheese (was a special of the evening), that came with onion rings, salad and chips, which were definitely homemade, perfect! My partner had a curry and it was also delicious. The staff was super friendly and COVID measures were in place to make the dining experience a comfortable and relaxed one.Extra bonus is that the pub is less than 10 minutes walk from the Keeper's Lodge Campsite!
