This is a really great Indian restaurant. A good cut about the usual. Really tasty freshly made food. I love everything on the chef specials menu, and the tandoori king prawns are amazing!

I really cannot believe the positive reviews on here. Either those reviewers settle for poor quality, expensive rubbish or won't or can't travel to find a decent Indian, though the lack of any decent takeaways in the area may be the problem. We arrived at the Dil (having pre booked) at 6.45. I received my started at 7.40. The food was very poor, my Samosas were thick and greasy and the filling was somewhat bland. My partner had a lamb bhuna which was mainly inedible because of the awful fatty lamb. Portion sizes are a joke as although we aren't big eaters the portion sizes were miniscule but expensive considering the small amounts and quality, nearly Β£4.00 for 23 rock hard frozen chips is not good. If a take away with a good business is reading this go to Usk as the people there seem to have a very limited choice of very bad food. The one star is for the friendly serving staff, the only redeeming feature.

FOOD POISONING - AVOID THIS RESTAURANTMe and all of my family suffered from food poisoning from the food here. We ordered a takeaway from this restaurant on New Year's Eve and are all in agony. Please avoid this restaurant.

Very enjoyable meal, Meat Madras, Pilau rice, Keema naan. Madras was hot, hot hot and delicious, lots of sauce . Tasty rice and a beautiful soft naan.I'd definitely go again. Only downside for me was that the prices were quite high, and I'm comparing with Kent/London.

Excellent choice and fantastic food tbh πŸ‘Œ OK service. Pricing a little bit "punchy" for the area (more like SE/London price ...) BUT a cracking curry overall ! (Really good music too). We'll definitely be back πŸ˜€

Just had a takeaway very very disappointing. We havent been here for a few years due to dissatisfaction and over pricing but decided to give it another chance hoping things had changed. Jalfrezi was cooked chicken with almost raw chunky onions a few chillies and 2 small pieces of pepper the king prawn bhuna was like eating grissle totally overcooked and koeman's were raw dough inside sticky and gooey the wife enjoyed her tandoori chicken bhuna definitely last visit.
