Myself and my husband have been ordering from this takeaway/restaurant for many years- we are based in Sedbury Chepstow and probably spend around £60-£100 per month here (Or Did).Long story short upon phoning to book a delivery this evening and after relaying our order the gentleman from the Indian then asked for our address; when my partner attempted to give the member of staff our address he launched into a VERBAL tirade questioning my partners attitude towards him, and informing my partner he should speak clearly and decently to people. The member of staff came across extremely AGGRESSIVE in his mannerisms to the point where my partner had to put the phone down as he was completely shell-shocked to say the least.We have given this Indian a large amount of business and this is how they treat their returning customer’sDisgusting Behaviour. Decent food but beware - they seem to think it’s okay to ask for an extra £2 for delivery in cash at the door even if a £2.50 delivery fee plus service charge were already paid on just eat, and had and extra fee had NEVER been charged in the past. We were lucky we had the cash on hand as it was extremely unexpected since that is one of the great things about just eat... no cash required!And then they also forgot to include the rice. When we called to inquire, they were reluctant to bring it out until we pressed as we genuinely needed it (and paid for it!) and then they brought the rice that was missing. Doubt we’ll be ordering from here again. The service and absurd extra fees are very disappointing.

The best indian/Bangladeshi food for miles around.Our regular go to for delicious,interesting indian food.The menu is vast and caters for all.As vegetarians there is a huge choice of starters and main courses.The food is tasty,fresh and always amazing.Excellent service.Fast,friendly.Also home delivery available.Would highly reccomend.

The worst takeaway curry I've ever eaten. A massive disappointment to the whole family after waiting an hour and a half, the curry was bland with hardly had any meat. The King Prawn Biryani costing £10.50 was greasy and had 2 little bits of frozen prawn in. When we rang to complain we had the delivery driver laughing and being extremely rude to my father in law. All round a horrendous experience and a massive disappointment.

Delicious food, amazing taste with each mouthful. Serious chef's that know exactly what they're doing! Worth a taste bud visit!

Food tasted okay but was delivered an hour after the predicted delivery time which makes it over 2 between the order being placed and the food being delivered. Also missing 2 naan breads from our order which when brought to their attention they are not delivering but the cost will be deducted from my next order, which considering I don't want to order from them again has essentially means I wasted money.

Don't order if you're hungry and expect your food within 2 hours! They click "delivered" on the expected delivery time if ordered through just eat when your food hasn't even left the shop. Can be tasty but seriously, could go to Tesco 28 times and back to get a microwave meal in time it will take to deliver!
