Good food, including Welsh options. Really friendly staff!

Stopped in here for lunch with a friend. We had cauliflower bites, kofta kebab and chips and shared them between us. Staff were so friendly and food was yummy. Would definitely visit again. Only downside was it is quite dark inside, otherwise a nice little pub.

We visited for breakfast a few weeks ago. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Food was freshly prepared and arrived quickly. The deco of the place could do with upgrading but this did not impact on our experience.

Very quiet when I went in on Saturday 12February 2022 to meet my friends only 6 people were in and that included us and that was at 10.30am.Coffee very good and pleasant staff. Apparently lunches very good. The weather was cold but pleasant.

The food was outstanding, and the staff service was excellent. They couldn’t do enough to help us. Atmosphere was lovely and the police felt Covid safe and very clean. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Lovely pub in the town centre. Menu is good value and food was good quality. Really nice to find a proper pub with wooden floors and a traditional feel. Service was prompt and friendly too

Really nice little pub, friendly staff, not too busy, nice atmosphere & the food was banging!! We got the fish & chips and the fish was amazing, I don't usually like batter but it was really nice, not soggy At All, and the Taverner's burger, stacked high, it looked amazing & tasted good too! & Proper crispy fluffy chips too! & Definitely in my top 3 places for nachos - so good!

Staff very efficient, professional and friendly. My son loved the trio of starters as a main meal. I felt very safe in this restaurant with covid measures, infact one of the only restaurants I’ve been in where all staff kept face mask on and wore properly. Well done all at Lime Tree!

This is a lovely quiet place to catch up with friends for brunch, they have mocktails and cocktails, great choices of food, the only thing I would say is the cooked breakfast was very greasy, really nice though.

Battered wooden floor with wooden tables and school style chairs gives this place a rustic look. The old photos on the walls add to the ambience of the place. Staff are friendly and polite. We had a dish of mushroom pasta and asked for chorizo to be added. At £3.50 for this extra I was expecting a fair amount but there was 7 small slices. It is expensive for a brains pub, it is trying to be upmarket with the menu. Some veggie items available but not many vegan. Breakfasts available till 5pm. Nice fruit mix drinks for those who don't like alcohol.Toilets were clean but a bit scruffy and had black mould growing in cubicle 😲😲. I don't think I would bother to go back due to these 2 points
