It’s a motorway services so it gets very busy at peak times. Good quality as you would expect. Management are happy to change something if there is a problem. Queues can get long so we always use the McDonald’s app from the car park to do our orders then go inside to collect.

·

Some of the worst McDonald's I've ever had. stale bun. Fries were old and cold, no salsa dip with the mozeralla dippers(did pay for it specifically). No napkins or salt, neither any ketchup or BBQ sauce from the self help counter. I would definitely avoid in the future, luckily there are other options with nearby services.

·

For a motorway service station not bad. Car park is chaotic. How about this for some selfish parking

·

Absolutely disgusting. By far the worst experience I've ever had. During a busy period, the staff were more occupied chatting away than getting the food out. By the time I got my meal, the chicken was overcooked and stale, the fries had chilled and no ice in the drink. If this is how it will operate, then this will be my last time there!

·

Cramped, with the order kiosks next to where everyone waits for their food, so it's not great. No "Eat in" trays available and no table service, and they charge you 5p for a paper bag. Food was quite fast though.

·

Food was good but slowest staff ever for a fast food restaurant. Took over 20 minutes to give me my breakfast lol.

·

Went there after coming home from a holiday, it's easy food and for a fair price too. They are coming out with more and more vegan/vegetarian foods and still keeping the foods cheap. Definitely recommend when you're hungry!

·

Burger's great but fries are so bad now... Mcds now only put chips in for a short time to save money, but they don't realise the effect it has on the taste... Chips are usually half done in all MCDs this one included.Staff are nice and there's outdoor seating, hence the extra star.

Ideally placed for a break when travelling into Wales along M4. Rather pleasant setting, with grassy areas and established trees/bushes.The restaurant is in a service station that has toilets, coffee shop and gift shop/newsagent of sorts. Overall the service station offers plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, and the times I've used it, it's never been mega-busy. There is also fuel available immediately next to service station. As for McDonald's, it's McDonald's! 🤷🏻‍♂️I do like a sausage and egg mcmuffin! Mmmmm

I honestly couldn't believe how busy this services was when we turned up today, yet the queue for McDonald's went down quickly and there were still plenty of outside seating. The staff were very friendly and the food was hot. I ordered 1 Happy meal, 2 regular sized meals and a large. Although I got a large drink I only got 3 regular sized fries, a bit rubbish. I couldn't be bothered to go back into the services and complain so they just lose a star here.
