Every time I order food it arrives cold, although ad a delivery I don't expect it to be piping hot, but not cold, very disappointing yet again tonight you need to improve once again straight in the bin can't eat cold food need to get your act together even if it was warm would. would

Great service from lady when the screen failed and she sorted out the order. However, the miserable looking man picking up the litter ourside looked more interested smoking his roll ups than doing his work.

I don’t usually leave reviews. But this Mac Donald’s is by far the WORST one I’ve had food from. Consistently getting delivery orders wrong. 2 portions of fries arrived today uncooked. Wrap of the day was charged at full price. Terrible. I’d rather drive a few extra miles than have food from here again

This is a bad McDonald's and I normally like McDonald's.If it wasn't for my kids wanting chicken nugget happy meals I'd eat anywhere else but sadly it is there weekly treat. Service is too slow for me to order elsewhere and just pick up for the kids (I've tried) and I love my kids too much for this to sit around getting cold.Food seems to have recently gotten worse with fries and nuggets obviously undercooked or soft (although only twice to the extent where they are inedible) - I suspect fryers are not hot enough or the oil needs changing more often.Flurries and ice drinks are frequently not available (which isn't unusual) however sprite is also constantly missing (I think we've been able to get it 2 weeks in the last 6).Something will be wrong with the order maybe once a month 🤔 normally no sauce or cheese dippers missing but a box of 20 nugs was once AFK and this was in the days before they got bad.
