We visited here two weeks ago very friendly staff and Welcoming I haven't been here for about 3 years I used to go here quite a lot after I had finished work but we were driving around the area and thought we would stop in to see what it was like still it's been done up very nice we had just missed the times for the food but that was not a problem we had a pint then left will definitely be back to sample the food it looks delicious

The Millers Arms is a perfect country pub with a great atmosphere. The food is always on point whenever I have dined there and the staff are professional, friendly and interested. The landlord and lady go above and beyond to ensure your visit is to the highest standard.I would highly recommend a visit as I know you will always receive a warm welcome.

Sunday lunch was not good. Severely over cooked vegetables, soggy cauliflower, soggy wet and discoloured Broccoli, hard dry roast potatoes, hard dense stuffing (which was also served with the beef!) My pork tasted of reheated meat and the gravy didn't really taste of anything. We shared a starter and a dessert which were ok. Only roast is available on a Sunday so no other choice. Nice pub, friendly staff and locals.

My partner and I came here for food before we stayed at a hotel lovely atmosphere staff very friendly and welcoming we ordered a starter and main the starters was stunning really really nice but unfortunately the mains was inedible we both ordered the same gammon egg and chips can’t go wrong always nice wherever we go oh dear it was terrible the gammon was so tuff I couldn’t chew it I had to spit it out it was the worst cut of gammon it should not have been served to anyone very disappointed

This is my first visit to Millers Arms in the Village of Mather. It is a lovely place for a drink or a meal with plenty of tables inside and in the garden area. Hand sanitise is available as you enter and face masks must be worn in the bar area. The tables and seating is all socially distanced. Friendly staff warm and welcoming. Menu has a lovely selection of food for all appetites. The Gammon, peas, 2 eggs and tripple fried chips was excellent. I would recommend this meal. There is a large Marquee outside in the garden if you want to sit outside and it starts to rain. A children's play area with a climbing frame and slide are just at the side of the garden. There is a small car parking area in front but at the back of The Miller Arms is a large parking area that you can access every area on the flat no need for steps. I certainly will be visiting again, try it for yourself... well worth it.

Fantastic food, compliments to the chef, my lamb cutlets were done perfectly, and my husband said it was the best mixed grill he's ever had, all meat cooked well, succulent and delicious. Superb customer service from the lovely friendly staff, and the landlord was a wonderful host, funny and chatty, ensuring we had drinks and were enjoying our meal.We have a camper van and he agreed we could stay in the car park for the night so we could enjoy a couple of drinks. There is a discounted menu with some fabulous choices, as well as the grill menu, all at extremely reasonable prices.Lovely beer garden which I'm sure is nice in the summer, and a cosy fire inside for the winter. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting great food and great service. Now added as one of our favourite places in Wales.
