Nice food. Great atmosphere. I will look forward to coming to the Haywain again.

Very nice bar staff and very helpful and nice atmosphere..but im sorry to say the food was not very nice.. I had to send my first meal back as it didn't look ery nice and didn't taste very nice either and I had a second meal and tbh that wasn't very nice either... and when I seen the chef come out to the bar I thought she was real rude when she spoke to one of the bar staff... my honest opinion think you should ook for a better chef someone who is actually passionate about there food and how it presented cuz I would not serve that to anyone.... other than that like I said very nice staff and helpful and nice atmosphere 👍

Had a lovely breakfast here, good choice if you want a small breakfast or very large breakfast. Free unlimited tea & coffee, latte wasnt expensive & was very nice, the small breakfast was enough for me very tasty, the big sizzling breakfast was huge & very tasty. Staff very friendly & helpful. Great value. Can recommend. Thank you.

Dine-in recently. Initially tried to book a table online but was redirected to ring the pub but when you ring the pub it ask you to book online or try again. After spending about several hours to ringing with the same answerphone message, I gave up. We just turned up. It wasn't busy, with a few reserved table for some 4-5 hrs ahead. Btw, the number to ring apparently doesn't work, how many missed booking would it before? Food was ordered at the bar and we didn't have to wait long. Good value for money but chips was a bit over done. Its one of very few local pub staff are friendly so will go again to keep the business.

My mixed grill was delicious and really cheap. We went there on a wet Tuesday evening when it was really quiet. Get over there, it's cheaper than eating at home.

Rated due to value for money.Well priced, decent quantity and quality of food.Polite staff.Needs a bit of furnishing as rather bare, and either a good clean or cleaning liquids changed, every surface I touched, bar, table, doors were all relatively sticky.I'm surprised they're not being more pro-active in still trying to seat people a good distance away, loads of empty tables and the few people inside were all seated by staff central of the room.No criticism of the service or food though.All in all a good experience!

The Haywain is a lovely little pub with a great menu, it is a family pub so there can be quite a few children running around at times and it can be quite noisy, but the food is great and staff are friendly.
