Came here for coffee and breakfast on a cold December day and I have to say both were absolutely top drawer. Competitively priced and friendly staff make this place a new favourite of mine. Brilliant.

We dropped in for lunch after a meeting in town. This is a comfortable locally run cafe with a pretty impressive display of cakes to choose from. We chose baguettes and ciabattas with house fillings. Our order was taken quickly and was a very good value for money lunch. It soon filled up for the busy lunchtime trade. Would definitely return should the occasion arise.

Just eaten takeaway Sunday dinners, 1 beef 1 chicken, (2 of us eating!). Delicious and really good value, very impressed with food and service. Thank you, a credit to our town.

This used to be my go to cafe in Abergavenny, but it's not the same. Visited a few days ago and whilst I know it's busy and COVID rules apply etc. The tables and floor were messy, the laminate menus sticky and dirty too. Cakes were dry and tasteless, tea tasted soapy. Just feel like too much growth here since they relocated and standards and quality have reduced. Luckily lots of better places have popped up in the town.

Absolutely fantastic place! So much to compliment I don't know where to start!Lovely cafe with loads of outdoor seating for a coffee in the sun. Staff were absolutely lovely and helped us find a table despite it being very busy. Food came out quickly and table service was a lovely touch! And the food, OH WOW THE FOOD 😍 I had the full English breakfast and an incredible sausage roll. Haven't had such a good English breakfast in a very long time! Meanwhile, my mum is coeliac (gluten free) but had no trouble eating. A gluten free toastie with gluten free chipsticks that she was very happy with. All in all, a lovely experience at an absolutely excellent cafe!

Now this is a beautiful, rustic little place, very fitting of Abergavenny. The veggie breakfast alone is worth a visit for, and they know how to make coffee properly too. Quite small, but never had a problem getting a table for 3 in the mid Saturday afternoon (our usual visiting time). The bread that came with the lovely soup was crunchy on the outside, fluffy inside, and even with a cancer-compromised pharynx, I was able to swallow it. Polite and friendly staff. Also the tornado of a standing fan near the toilets is wonderful for cooling off on hot days.
