Bailey's Fish Bar in Neath Port Talbot

If I could of left 0 stars, I would of. If you want to get served by rude, arrogant staff who bully YOU for THEIR stupidity, and then receive tiny portions (or not receive certain parts at all) for the money they ask, then go ahead. Absolutely will not be returning. The woman at the till should attend some customer service lessons, or just a lesson on how to be a decent human being

Always go to Bailey's beautiful food freshly cooked and at reasonable prices.....Could of been a 5 star if they open more and longer

Hit and miss, sometimes the food is of good quality and cooked perfectly, other times the chips are white a bit hard in middle. Potions are very small for the price

The young brat working tonight in the chip shop doesnt half like to think she is something special. All she acts like is a foul mouthed little girl. The manager was just as bad. The language off the two of them towards myself for having a disabilities so i am exempt from wearIng a mask is disgusting. And i havent even started on the food yet. The fish was cold and very greasy. The chips was supposed to be a large and cooked. They were more of a small portion hard and under cooked and the 3 sausages were cold in the middle and i had to put the gravy in a saucepan to warm up as it was freezing. Overall what a pathetic attempt of customer service and satisfaction. Can guarantee i will not be going there ever again. WORSE CHIP SHOP EVER.

I go here frequently and I've noticed lately that I don't always get what I ask for and still get charged the same price, and I've also noticed that the portion sizes have gotten smaller but the price has not changed

Always give wrong order and will not refund you when you ask for a refund the rudeness and attitude from staff was disgusting portions on a large chips is smaller than a small will never go there again awful staff

Been coming here for breakfast almost every other week for the last six years in large number due to working in the industrial estate. Came here for chips a few months ago and had a poor portion of chips, thought it was just a one of bad serving. Decided to come here again and still the portion of chips which were so called large were about a cone and a half, would even class them as a small. So I told the girl seriving that I didn't think they were a large as when she packed them there looked tiny. She replied in a sarcastic manor that I'm a good wrapper. Also told her that i won't come here again, she again replied "don't then it doesn't bother me". Poor portions poor customer service.

We absolutely adore this Fish bar as they make the best chips in Port Talbot & Neath..the owner's are friendly, efficient and can't do enough for their customers..we highly recommend Bailey's as they blow the competition out of the water 💖

By far the best chip shop in port talbot bar none, sometimes you have queue thats because its all about quality, well worth the wait, I have always gone here, tried others and not a patch on Bailey's, I dont live near Bailey's anymore, however, go out of my way to go there, even though there are a few closer chip shops, always recommend this place, great staff even better food!!!! X

Normally excellent. Off par tonight. Bad chips, greasy, powdery and earthy. They tried to over charge us £1.90, had to query price. Then didn't give us all the food we ordered either. Very disappointed
