Bengal Bites in Neath Port Talbot

Not authentic biryani as was tasteless and luke warmOnion bhaji are curried veg in a tin not anything like a bhajiKeebab special isn't some onion and minute cucumber chucked in plastic bag not on kebab no cabbage or tomatoes no sauce at all and ordered pitta bread came in naan covered in cooked slimy onions

Love the curry from here been using them for years but they just can't get my bloody order right. They keep forgetting a mint dip or put the wrong one in. If it wasn't for the fact it's the best dansak around we would have stopped buying from here years ago. They need to focus more on their regular, weekly in my case customers 🙄

Would Leave 0 star review if I could, ordered food online and never received the food, in the end after 2 hours they cancelled the order.if I knew the order will never arrive I wouldn't have ordered from them and would have chosen different place or just have made the food myself instead of waiting for something that never arrived.

Absolutely tasteless every dish was wud not recommend this place at all .

Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid at all costs. Ordered food for delivery online and paid for it, only to be told they would not deliver to my address although they were happy to take my money initially and my address was in the postcode range. They tried to refuse to refund me so I had to take it further. AVOID

Not bad but not as good as when it was belash. It's been a few years since I came here last, but I went there about 10 pm had dinner kebab in nan bread couldn't have salad because the staff were cleaning up also I felt as if I was an inconvenience more than a valid customer, won't be going there again any time soon

Had delivery with Uber eatsThey delivered the wrong order and Bengal bites wouldn't do anything about it and the driver couldn't care less. So we tried the food that arrived and it was disgusting. So dissapointed.

The most disgusting place I ever seen. The hygiene is 0 . They are scratching inside the pants and after that they put the kebab with their hands without gloves or forks.

This is without doubt our favorite Indian take away stunning food great staff.Delivery service.Try the set meal for two great value.Joolz

I traveled from South Yorkshire, for 2 nights to this part of South Wales.Ordered "Meat Tikka Biryani, Jalfrezi (Chicken) & Seekh Kebab" today as part of my dinner. In a nice quite welsh town, i was surprised to find the exact type of food i was looking for.The gentleman was nice, kind and descent. While i was there and they were busy in making food, they were nice and kind enough to make me feel as very special customer, and they did same with the other customers.Gave discount too. And when i took food back to my hotel, it was still warm, with nice smell and tasty. I am in the town for one more night, so surely will order again. On very fair notes, i must say that they really deserve 5 stars. Thanks
