Worst meal we have had at a beefeater. The chicken wings had no flavour and we not sure they were throughly cooked. Steak was supposed to be medium, I was forever mopping up blood off the plate with the serviette and more gristle than meat. It was noticed that we didn't enjoy our meal so got a free Americana coffee which didn't have any milk and was absolutely tasteless, couldn't wait to pay and get out of the restaurant, and we won't be going back.

Had the Ultimate Sunday Dinner. Waited for almost 40 minutes before food arrived. Lamb was tough as an old boot, chicken was very dry and the gravy was watery. On the plus side the beef was delicious

Ordered the breakfast - sausages didn't taste nice, bacon was undercooked, mushrooms weren't great, toast was soggy, the fried egg was OK, the scrambled egg scrambled my stomach an hour later I think. Coffee was decent and the food came out quick. Bit of a depressing place to be honest.

Despite being incredibly busy with a Rugby tour they got us seated , order taken a fed in amazing time. The quality of food and service are excellent.

Family midweek meal....food quality and customer service good.. on personal opinion steak although cooked as requested but could have been warmer bearly luke warm to touch at start of meal..but will return as overall enjoyable meal for all. Hence 4 star rating

Visited the Bagle Brook yesterday, 1st March, with friends for a birthday lunch. We had the lunchtime set menu, which we all enjoyed. £8.95 2 course excellent value for money. The service we received from Dee was excellent and made our afternoon. We will definitely be visiting again.

Really surprised how lovely this meal was! The garlic Mayo and salmon were sooo good. The chilli squid packed a punch!

Lovely food and service the dinner could have been a bit warmer

Called for a quick bite to eat. It was around 4pm on a Tuesday and there were a few there but service was very fast. We chose off the lunch deal menu, the burger was very nice and my friend had the lasagne. The chocolate brownie was really nice but if I had it again I'd ask for it a bit warmer, that's just me being picky though! Great price for 2 courses and not a bad selection to choose from. Would definitely call again when out and about 👍🏻

We had been going there since it opened never had any issues before,its a chain so you expect a certain standard. Until now that has been the case but after today never again. Quality has fallen off a cliff, slow service, don't mind that so much. The waiting staff there were great working their socks off. But the food quality was dismal the starter were terrible not even a sprinkle of parsley, the steaks were any type you wanted as long as it was well done. To their credit the deserts were good and they knocked them off the bill. But we will not be going back.
