Burger King in Neath Port Talbot

Can't get a delivery order right. Won't fix a wrong order. Customer service skills are zero.

Didn't like the food here not very friendly staff when I finally got my food it was cold I prefer to eat more healthy food in future yuk

Just had a whopper meal from here and it was cold and the bun wasn't fresh, and the salad also not fresh the one star I gave was for the chips. Never again.

Food is nice, though I do wish they would call the whole number on your order, not just the last 2 digits

Parked me up and kept me waiting 15 mins for my order in the end I had to go in and.ask this taking another 5 mins not good customer service however the food was good

Ordered via Uber Eats twice1 time - ended up complaining to them about the fries arrive drowned in vinegar (when I didn’t ask for vinegar) & onion rings gone cold.2 time- a few months after 1st order & thought give them a 2nd chance, but I received the wrong order.I’m never going to order from them again. No 3rd chance.

Clean restaurant, quick friendly service.You have to ask for the code to access the toilets, but they were all clean. The disabled toilet had grab rails and enough space to move around - this was also the baby changing facility and had a pull down change table

Couldn't order at the till had to order on the touch screen machine, which was straight forward. When my order was done a lady with a little voice was calling out my order number and I couldn't understand her, then a man shouted it out and I heard him, don't know why they didn't use the the TV to tell me my order was ready, in the summer or busier times no one will hear them calling out their order. My son, 7, needed to use the toilet and they came and opened the door for him really quickly, my son did say that the taps weren't working, maybe they are really difficult for him children to press. The food itself was satisfactory, I wouldn't go out of my way to go there again for the food.

Had my mouth shaped for a bacon double cheeseburger for ages. Lovely but no offer of napkins, salt or sauce. Went inside for some but so slow I walked back out

I normally have good things to say about this branch of Burger King but today was not so good. There was a wait for the food after ordering via the drive thru. This is normal but today I waited a little longer than normal. Not a big deal as I'm hardly ever in a rush these days. When my order was brought to me one item was wrong and needed to be replaced. Again no big deal as we all make mistakes and this one is easily resolved. No, the biggest issue today was that my food was served cold and was even colder by the time the replacement item arrived. Luckily I was going home and able to reheat the food in the microwave. I've marked down to four stars because of everything that wasn't right today. I am always conscience of staffing issues and how busy the branch is and the staff work really hard to please everybody. Today was just an off day.
