Great visit.The food is lovely, the wait times from ordering to the meal being delivered are very reasonable, its well timed. The portions are very reasonable. I cant fault the food at all.The service is brilliant the staff are pleasant and very helpful. They show genuine interest towards you as a person, haven't met friendlier staff.

Good choice of menu, good waiter service and even though we didn't book we were found a table. Disappointed that the salad bar hasn't got such a great variety as previously and isn't self service now and on wanting a top up the staff were nowhere to be seen. The potions of food also appears to be a lot smaller and served on smaller plates to make it appear more.

Our booking of 2 separate tables was handled perfectly, which meant that our teenager could celebrate her birthday with friends, without mum and dad cramping thier style, but we were close at hand to keep an eye on them! Waiting staff were brilliant at helping the teens with taking orders with several ommisions to ingredients and generally made them feel comfortable at their first 'grown up' dining experience as a group.Food was excellent

I had a lovely experience with my friends! And lovely food. Lovely service from the staff except for one lad who was horrendous. Taking two stars off for that, never spoken to someone so rude in my life.

Visited Saturday on way home from shopping. Fare was as to be expected, and the waitress was helpful and friendly. We irdered the Chicken burger Combo, and a full rack of ribs. Fries could have been a little crisper and thr corn tasted a bit weird and not quite right. Food is a reasonable portion, though some appear much more value for money that others. Salad bar was OK, but the staff member serving there was quite surly and grumpy. Perhaps he was tired, but he was quite terse.

Absolutely love this restaurant, Free parking,friendly staff, very fast service. Optional menu from breakfast through to lunch and dinner. Family friendly. Prices are moderate. Great mother's day offer, Table booked for 12,fast service again. Had lunch excellent quality of food,salad bar free but staff assistant required as part of the rules for covid.

Lovely food. Cracking service. Im only leaving a star off as it was the worst Guinness I've ever had. 😢 No Schtick at all and flat. As i say though lovely food and service. I had the steak sandwich and steak was lovely

Waited for 5 minutes to be seated, which would have been fine if we'd had great table service...which we didn't.Sat there for ten minutes before a young lad wandered past and asked if we'd been served, no drinks, no menu's. Took our order which was wrong when it came out, the coffee ordered was unavailable as the machine was broken, so tea was ordered which came out in a half filled mug with a tea bag inside. We didn't see anyone else after this.Had to go to the bar to pay and even then had to ask them to take off the items that were wrong on our bill.I've had it with this chain, never again!! There are far better restaurants out there, keep your money and go somewhere else.

Very lovely setting, the staff are so welcoming. There is free parking you'll have to register your plate when you enter the inside. Free salad which is always a plus. A broad menu and the food is delicious. I would recommend and will be definitely coming back. A++++
