KFC in Neath Port Talbot

Can’t even give it 1 star. Why this restaurant is still open is beyond me? Either there all blind or just pure incompetent as every time I make an order they always give me wrong food. Seriously then when you ring to complain it takes 20+ times ringing to get through. The attitude is disgusting, they never want to help. Can’t think of a worse kfc than this one

Ordered food, paid by card then told I have to wait 30 mins for them to cook the chicken. I asked for a refund so I could go else where as the kids were starving and they told me that I would have to wait 4 days for the money to be refunded onto card. I explained I had no more money as I was waiting until payday and the manager said it's tuff it either goes back on the card in 4 days time of I basically don't get it. So the kids had to have food in the house rather than a treat that they were looking forward to. Avoid this place at all costs. Rude management, terrible customer service. As long as they take your money they don't give a monkeys uncle about anything else. safe to say I'm sticking to McDonald's from now on. Never get this hassle from them. If could give this a negative start rating I would.

Absolutely discrace of a service ordered thru just eat app the app indicated delivered we have not received it the port talbot branch seem to have lost the ability to pick up the phone is it OK to ignore a customer who has paid for a delivery and not received it.. I'm reaching out to the kfc area manager to get in this branch and sort your staff out its a joke... but reading the many other poor reviews on here you don't seem to be listening to your customers as the poor service continues I certainly will be voting with my feet and walking to miss millies

Have used this venue a few times and always hope to get better service each time. Staff can not be bothered, usually not a smile and not very helpful if you ask for help in choosing. Orders are never right when you get them home. Last ime ordered in the drive through a large dipping boneless meal. The drink was right, no Dips,and a portion of chips short! My husband had gone for the takeaway so did nit check before he left the carpark (having did that you should not ha ve to). Will not be using this venue again.

Update to a review I left 3 months ago.. still getting my order wrong almost everytime. Place must be run slothsUseless to be honest. The last 4 out of 5 uber/just eats I've ordered from there have had items missing, my partner was told at the drive through she couldn't have a new drinks lid even though hers was damaged and the girl on the drive through spoke to me as if I was her annoying child the last time I went there. If it wasn't the only one in town I'd go to a different one.

Awful food. Poor quality and portions. Certainly won't be returning! My son had more chips in his kids meal than I had. Soggy and cool chips. 🤮

The lids for the cups didn't fit and staff didn't seem bothered. Not even after my child spilt his because of the lid falling off. The restaurant definitely needs mopping through more often. Old crumbs and dust everywhere.

First of all the attitude on the staff is ridiculous. Always sighing and moaning when you ask for something. On top of that I am told very single time I come here that they cannot serve Krushem’s through the drive through because they don’t have lids for them. Then they proceed to give us our Pepsi’s in Krushem containers with lids. Also asked for a large Zinger meal and was told that they cannot do a large meal without providing an explanation. I’m not usually a Karen but the attitude they give to their customers is appalling.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited ages in Q to order and wasn't even acknowledged. Only pre-orders were given priority! I have allergies so had to make direct contact to place order. Chicken fillet was hard as nails. No coffee was available as machine broken! My first and LAST visit

terrible service. Was left to stand at the till for half an hour being ignored by ignorant staff. After this I walked away to alert my friend for us to leave and the person waiting behind me got served in seconds. I then went up to order and got ignored again for a few minutes whilst the workers chatted. Finally got my order taken and got told there’s no fizzy drinks, asked for water, got the same responds. After I placed my order I noticed they handed out cans to the Uber eats orders so I asked for one and got told “no” no reasoning or nothing. Eventually got my order and he chicken was cold and hard and the chips were crusty and cold. Now as I as writing this I just whitenesed a worker helping her self to the fizzy drinks machine and pouring a Pepsi. I don’t think that the laziness of staff has to have a impacted on what they decide to serve or not!
