Mcdonald's Restaurants in Neath Port Talbot

Service time for drive thru is shocking!! Continually asked to 'park up'. Orders are not brought out to cars in purchasing order!! Uber/McDelivery drivers take up all the parking spaces so now customers cannot park. Backlog in drive thru so cars in 'park ups' can't drive out cause of car blocks. If McDonald's can't satisfy or fufill orders then they shouldn't be taking them!! The amount of items on menu that are unavailable daily of late is unbelievable! McDonalds is no longer a 'fast food' service!!

Waited nearly 15 mins at the drive through waiting to give my order. 3 cars turned up a good 5 minutes after i arrive and they get served before me. I gave up and wanted to head home so i continued to drive through the drive through to get out. The guy asked what did i order and i replyed you never took my order but took the orders of the 3 cars behind me first so I gave up waiting and decided to leave he did ask what i wanted but i said dont bother i'll be making a complaint but had to wait another 5 mins to get out of the drive through lane while the cars that turned up after me got served their food. Not the first time this has happened to me at this place.

messed my order up, when i went to have it corrected and they forgot about me waiting twice, waited roughly 20 minutes for the burger whilst my own food went cold and my friend sat waiting for me. unbelievably bad service, not a single apology given. only member of staff who genuinely tried to sort this issue was a girl called daisy.

Absolutely Atrocious! Made an order on app for table delivery. 20 mins gone by and nothing. App showed it had been collected. Went to till had to find email to prove order number. They magically found the order and when brought to the table it was freezing cold. Replaced order and still lukewarm. Shocking Service. All this went on while the millions of delivery drivers who take up all the car parking spaces were coming and going. They need to prioritise the people in the restaurant and drive through not the deliveries!

Very slow to gain access with vehicle and even slower waiting inside for my order already submitted via the app. No curry sauce cartons was told then saw some being brought out to another customer. When I asked why there wasn't any the lady assistant ( who was very helpful) said they did have them but we're in the stores and staff obviously couldn't be bothered to go and get them! She then brought some out to me.

2 weeks In a row our orders haven’t been right and put together very sloppy by a manager as well, ordered extra items on our burgers and they weren’t put in after we paid extra apparently due to items been put away for breakfast.This week items forgotten about and a whole order missed 20 mins to wait for two meals

No pickles in my mac, no bacon on my bacon double. Syrup to shake ratio awful, tasted like pure syrup. Order 47 and 49, beard guy with green hoodie 12.15am 29/04/22.Outstanding fries shame about the rest

Never been before, no menu on didplay, ask for wrap and was told they didn't do them. Had expensive burger which we waited 8 mons for. Bun burnt black overloaded with bbq sauce which went over the burger box snd chipbox. Disgusting.

I don’t even want to give 1 star. Everything about this store is poor. The worst is the timeliness, there isn’t any. There are some major issues with this store that need addressing from senior senior management.You’re better off going to Britton Ferry, at least they HAVE people with customer service skills.*Update - I’m adding 2 extra stars. I’ve been back a few times since and they seem to be quicker if you either go in to collect or wait in the car park click and collect. The service is a lot better as well with those options so it’s the drive thru that has the issues it seems especially in regards to timeliness of being served and moving through the drive thru.

Ordered a big tasty, they gave me this.. Didnt really care either. Told me to contact uber, ill get a refund in 10 days. Fries are horrendous, its always sl the same, can never get an order right or warm decent food
