Pizza Gatti in Neath Port Talbot

Food is just okay, pointless leaving comments as I'm sure they are not read! Pizza needs more cheese even extra cheese needs more cheese.We have waited a couple of times longer than thr promised time. When we have phoned we have not been asked thr name or address and just told it's on it's way... driver is with you in 2 minutes... however upto an extra 30-40 mins after phoning it eventually turns up not warm.Customer service 4/10Pizza quality 4/10Done kebab 8/10

We ordered at 18.15 ,19.30 the order had still not arrived so I rang them to ask where our order was a man answered before I could finish he shouts it’s on it way then puts the phone down then 20.00 I rang back again and was told it would be at least another half an hour when we said we wanted to cancel they said they would leave right now, why didunt they do that in the fist place instead of making us wait nearly two hours so anyway we cancelled. In fairness they used to be good but have gone majorly down hill so if I was you I would order somewhere else

Really long delivery and food was cold had to reheat in the microwave not good at all will not be ordering food from here again

DO NOT ORDER. Absolutely shocking service. Paid for 2 lamb shish and cheese and chips. Meat was stone cold and chewy, chips were so cold that the cheese was even slightly melted on it. What makes it even worse is when we politly spoke to the owner he was very rude and said that we were lying and refused to refund or exchange it for hot food. DO NOT ODER FROM HERE

Great delivery but order completely messed up mixed Donna with salad no salad sent large chicken sish no salad but with chips small delivered really disappointed this evening

Great customer services along with lovey hot food with all correct orders. After waiting on a failed delivery am I happy to say this will now be my go to take away. Most delicious food I have had in a very long time. Highly recommend!!

Great food which is good value for money & delivered in pretty quick time. You may need to wait a little while longer on weekends, as the shop is understandably busy, but I've never minded waiting as the food usually turns up hot, anyway :)

Orderd food took hour and half to come after they said 30-40 mins, some of the order missing. Pizzas weren't cooked and food was absolutely disgusting will not order from here again.

Ordered a ham and pepperoni pizza and kebab box so after an 1 hour and 20 mins our delivery came..cold. kebab was freezing and poor quality meat, pizza was also freezing and undercooked, the middle was still dough. The ham was inedible as it tasted like plastic and chips were brown and soggy. No part of this meal was remotely enjoyable.. save your money or go elsewhere is my only advice.
