Subway in Neath Port Talbot

In Subway every day, every dinner break im in there getting my foot long Italian herb and cheese bread with spicy Italian.Can't beat a tasty subway sandwich 🥪

Subway app totally cucked me, but the staff was nice enough to make my order there free of charge, since I and already paid on the app. Great customer service.

Staff are always very polite. Restaurant although very busy maintains a high leave of cleanliness which I haven't experienced in other Subways. Always a pleasure to visit.

Actualy it was my son who went I had food waiting at home he told me all about it well when he brought back his 6 inch torpedo with delicious fresh bread beef and cheese I was really impressed so next time he goes there hell be buying 2and 1will be door me looking forward to it

Good food made your way. A bit disappointed that we couldn't sit in to eat but understand in the circumstances. Plenty of choice & all freshly prepared

Very clean shop, lovely staff, really enjoyed my meal I chose the salad box. Plenty of food and with my sub points it only cost me a pound to have a salad with extra tuna. Well worth a visit

I understand they are busy but one staff member had a stinky attitide like we were an inconvenience. We are new to Subway and needed a little time, we queued like everyone else. Its the new customers they need to treat with a little patience so they come back. Others were nice, but one was so moody, brash and impatient. I work in customer service so I am in a good position to understand that there's just no need of it. I wasn't rude - so I expect respect to be reciprocated. Neath Subway.

I like subway but this has to be the stingiest one I have ever come across. To the point, I had to ask for more of everything in my sandwich. They put 3 little slices of pepper when I asked for peppers. They don't give any kind of NHS or blue light discount which most do and the attitude on staff wasn't exactly welcoming.

I didn’t really want to give this a star at all.I’ve just come out of subway in neath empty handed. I was greeted with a girl behind the counter, it was a massive inconvenience that I walked in, she stomped over to the bin and threw something, did a massive sigh, slammed on a machine in anger and then really rudely said “ by the way our toaster isn’t working. I’m not being funny but your in a customer focused job you actually need to be friendly and helpful. Will never step foot in there again. Ewww!!!
