Tennessee Fried Chicken in Neath Port Talbot

Had a meal from here today and couldn't have been more disappointed, chicken was like a day old and the friies were just dry, certainly not the best, sorry guys

Tasty chicken and chips, very close to the train station and very speed service with a smile.

Had food to night and was wondering why I hadn’t ordered for ages, over price and chicken absolutely stinking and dry. Would never ever eat from here again!!

Shocking food bought Sunday. Nearly 18.00 spent on Just Eat ( review left there also ) Totally inedible.I have bought from here before . I phoned to say it was edible. I took photos but I cannot seem to upload them on here! But I will find somewhere to post the photos because it is hard to believe any company would serve food as bad as what we had.The customer service was awful from the girl answering the phone . Apparently no one there could help. So we spent money and had to bin our food. No phone call back. All I had was " we are busy " shocking.

My daughter ordered chicken from here, we asked for contact free and requested the order to be left and driver to knock when he delivered it, but when I open the door expecting to pick it up from the doorstep, he was standing there still holding it, which shocked me and I did bring this up with the driver, so much for social distancing, but then it came to the food, omg what a shock, some of the chicken was under cooked and the rest was over cooked, I used to eat here years ago after a night out but after tonight we won't be ordering from here again

Chips were lovely. Only one of our six chicken pieces was freshly fried & succulent; of the other five chicken pieces, they were pretty darned dry and had obviously been on the hot rack waiting to be offloaded! One drumstick was dried solid and totally inedible!! Ribs were, as always, tasty, but the end part of one rib was stone cold!?? Coleslaw was not fresh!! Staff were friendly. Up your game TFC! You can do much better than this, I know it!!

The gravy from here in my opinion is better than kfc gravy bit of gravy on your chips and their chicken fillet burger extra mayo mmmm mouth watering goodness right there.

This chicken shop has been here for as long as I can remember. Its clean and the food is always good, much nicer chicken than kfc

Just ordered food and it's always hot. Which is a must if it's a delivery. Even though they messed up address once they made fresh and brought it straight bk out to me. Love the gravy lol x

Ohhhhhhhh mate the mega munch burger was abso peng a leng. Like seriously I want to marry that burger like the hashbrown is to die for and I would like to make love to that burger. The chips are lovely but I hate the fact I can never find the salt packets???? Like I lose them and omg the sauce is minging BUT THE MEGA MUNCH BURGER AND THE PLAIN CHICKEN BURGER. I would sell my soul for those burgers. I'm a slave for the burgers and I would kiss their feet.
