Service was great, food excellent, nice atmosphere. We would definitely visit again next time we are in the area.

Lovely food and friendly pub. They were happy to talk through special dietary needs and in the end had many gluten-free options. Great puddings too!

Absolutely delicious roast beef lunch. I've never tasted beef like it. Vegetables were great, though perhaps too many but very tasty. Would love to go again when in the area. Definitely need to book and can understand why. Excellent.

Great atmosphere, cosy, Great food, attentive but not intrusive staff. As tourists they gave us honest, info on places to visit.A must if your in the area.Food very good prices average around £16 to £21 for specials board.

Cannot fault any part of their operation. Food and service absolutely A1. Menu is interesting and innovative. Staff are friendly and attentive but not fawning. I really like what they do and appreciate all they have done to provide some kind of normality in an incredibly difficult time. 10/10

Called at the Butchers Arms unexpectedly today,just as we were passing. They kindly fitted us in for lunch without a reservation, and we had a very enjoyable meal. Pleasant, clean surroundings, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend!

Great meal from start to finish. Really nice place to relax with quality food and super company. Was made to feel very welcome which is always a good thing.. The food and drink is top notch, will definitely be back again and again..
