Wok 2 Yip in Neath Port Talbot

Definitely a must go. Owners are the kindest folk and a welcome face for this international student living abroad. I've always had a hole in my heart since coming to study in the UK, but the food here helps fill that void more and more.

I can't belive any negative reviews on here saying that it's the worst Chinese ever, that is complete and utter rubbish!They must be from people who are either vindictive, or don't appreciate authentic Chinese food made to order in an open kitchen, or prefer their food swimming in fat that is not made to order.Nicky and Marlon are the loveliest people you could ever wish to meet and their food is and always has been delicious. We have been going there for 20 years and would never entertain going anywhere else? Speaks volumes really. On the odd occasion when we had to go elsewhere due to the Wok2Yip being shut it merely highlighted the difference in quality between this place and any other Chinese.The large spring rolls are the best spring rolls we have ever tasted, but then so is everything else. It blows every other Chinese out of the water, end of story.

I couldn't get through on the phone last night, very disappointed. I had to go somewhere else and the food was awful and took hours, wok 2 yip are so polite the lady on the other end of the phone is lovely, and the food is good. I don't know why there was no answer, hope everyone there is well x

Disappointing meal tonight after looking forward to it. Sweet and sour chicken cantonese was dry, chow mein was also dry.. no sauce just plain noodles. 1 star because rice was fine.

I have given two stars because the customer service was great and the delivery driver was lovely. However the food was the worst Chinese food I have ever had and most of it was thrown away they only thing that we could eat was the rice and curry. The ribs where so salty none of us could eat them. Chow mien was horrendous and the sweet and sour sauce was cold. We paid 30-40 pound but probably only eat £5 worth would never go back.

Wok 2 Yip seems to be a breath of fresh air. First time at Wok 2 Yip and was recommended by a vegan website.Walked through the door and was welcomed by an exceptionally friendly lady. Explained I was vegan and she couldn't be more helpful.The food was very tasty and flavoursome, like from a restaurant. The crispy tofu was to die for, and lots of it. Portions were great, with some left over for lunch the next day. The mushroom fried rice with no egg was really tasty, and the chilli, salt and pepper chips were lush.I'll definitely be returning to Wok 2 Yip, to experience the other choices.

Simply the best Chinese take away in Swansea. Always fresh and flavorful food of a high quality.Excellent customer service and quickly prepared.I cannot recommend enough!

5* Wok 2 Yip is the only Chinese I will go to - Nowhere else compares!! Tonight we had the tofu Katsu rice, sweet and sour tofu, tofu in black bean sauce, chilli and garlic vegetables, and spring rolls. I would highly recommend the tofu dishes!!!

Had a delivery for the first time ever from Wok 2 Yip- fair size order of £84 and have to say that every single dish we received was excellent. It came quickly, very hot and was beautiful. Definitely our new local take away from now on. Well done guys

We found this place after moving to the area and haven't tried to find anywhere else. The food is absolutely delicious.. the Singapore Fried Rice is the best i have ever had. Another bonus is the open kitchen so you can see what the chef is doing :) the owners are lovely and always remember us.. would happily give it 6 out of 5!
