Boswell's Cafe in Newport

Nice food and salads. The coffees are very good too. A pleasant experience.

Big but comfortable place, efficient staff. Good selection of snacks. Has the advantage of outside tables being under a roof.

Lovely food and great people a mistake with my meal was corrected quickly and with no problem.

Food was very nice and they had a good variety. The staff serving were very polite. However there were a lot of tables were the food/plates/trays hadn't been cleared and it was hard to get a spare member of staff to clean and wipe down the table. When they did they used a dry cloth and were in a rush to get back to serving food. In the end i used some wet wipes i had brought elsewhere to wipe away the dried ketchup and make the table less sticky. It's a shame, as i would have put full marks had the place been cleaned more throughly and regularly during the pandemic.

Served by a girl called gracie, she was amazing, very kind and definitely a people's person! Wasn't too shy with the marshmallows she put on my hot chocolate aswell! 10/10 would come here again!

Lovely staff nice atmosphere ,not stuffy ,good cofee not week as some coffee shops seem to think quantity over strength .

My honeycomb coffee was lovely 5/5 for that however can't say the same about the vegetarian breakfast I had with it. Vegetarian sausage not that nice & the eggs are the worst I have ever had as underside was like rubber.

Absolutely lovely atmosphere, popped in for a coffee which was absolutely splendid. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ven went above and beyond to make sure our experience was as lovely as possible
