Horrible food savaloy wasent cooked the fish was soggy with water I’ve contacted the food standards agency

It was OK! No salad inside the burger!

Had a lovely fish and chips couldn't fault if, good portions spotlessly clean,staff lovely.

Always happy to help, and the food is ALWAYS Really lovely. I do go there quite often before I go to work. 😊

Ordered food as delivery food always amazing but delivery service really bad if they are that busy why not say to come collect if possible don't doubt the food always go collect

The staff member who was serving today at11:40am on 3/5/21 had such an appalling attitude spoke to myself and two other customers so poorly, really needs to learn some customer service skills. Will not be revisiting and do not recommend.

Not very welcoming tried to take my bike in as Newport is known for bike thefts and before I could order anything the tall guy with came and said u cant keep that here!! He did not even ask how long I would be well goodbye and a sale lost. Tbh I dont think they can afford to loose business as it's always dead there!! :)

They do not follow their own menu, you asked for a children’s fishcake on its own because it comes with chips. And what do you get just a fishcake no chips and a half hearted excuse blaming deliveroo for the error.Will not be ordering from here again.

I went to eat fish and chips on Saturday for dinner. I paid totally £4.70 and the food was brilliant. Although it was a take away restaurant, the environment was relaxed (I stayed in).
