It's hard for me to give this review the food was lovely and service was incredible so both aspects should be worthy of a 5 star review. However, the availability of what we would have liked to order was disappointing. Considering it was Sunday a weekend day you would think plenty of stock available for a Sunday Lunch. The staff were great and I can't fault them same with the food, such a shame if what we wanted was available we would have been 5 stars.

We arrived with 5 minutes to spare on the breakfast buffet. Staff waited for us to have our meals before clearing away even got fresh eggs for us. Manager at the time was very accommodating.

Nice place, typical Beefeater, great service. We had a table booked for 18:30. Unfortunately lots of food items on menu not available as run out of them, very early in evening to be out of both food and also some drinks.

Both days we ate here we had to request clean cutlery, not just a stain but food stuck between the forks. Availability was somewhat poor but that's how it is now. Told no fillet steak only for the table next to us to be offered it 30 mins later. Told no potatoes with the lamb only for the potatoes to turn up after all! Apple crumble needs to be better. Rest of the food OK.

Had the burger but the cheese had congealed by the time it got to the table. Otherwise a pretty decent meal and friendly staff. More expensive than it should be.

First time attending Beefeater tonight, had the most wonderful experience. The young lad who served us was welcoming and funny. Food was served quickly and tasted wonderful, me and my partner bother had the Surf and Turf and it was wonderful! Puddings were larger than expected and also very yummy! Highly recommend and massive thank you to our waiter who unfortunately we didn’t catch the name of!

Spur of the moment visit. Friendly staff as soon as we came in. Decided to order lunch, absolutely delicious. The chicken wings were cooked to perfection. I had the chicken salad with breaded mushrooms and my partner had the wings with another chicken dish. Very good value. Cleaned tables as soon as they were empty. Overall very impressed. Thank you and see you soon 😁

Great service for our Christmas Dinner. The food was very good. I had the steak and it was perfect. The young lady serving us was very interactive and catered to our needs even during a busy service. Thank you for a lovely evening

A masterclass in how not to serve a roast dinner! Cold plate, as was most of the veg. Despite us being one of the first in and it not being busy, everything tasted like it had been sitting around for hours, maybe even the previous day, especially the "roast potatoes", oh those poor, poor potatoes, whatever did they do to you for you to treat them so bad? The cremated one pictured had it lucky! The gravy was so thin and tasteless with a very high oil content, I'm interested to know how that was made, are gravy tea bags a thing now? Waterlogged green beans, carrots that were somehow soggy on the outside and crispy on the inside (sat around in luke warm water for a good long time at a guess). We all sent out meals back to be reheated, which just made things worse, turning the rare beef to leather and the Yorkshire puddings to mush. Then insisted that because we had attempted to pick our way through it, that we were not entitled to a refund and were offered the standard 'free desert'. One of them also stated "we don't serve it too hot because we don't want you to burn yourself", although most of us were over 5 years old. They did eventually put this right for us, but we still left hungry and extremely disappointed.Overall we feel the front of house staff were doing their best, hence the extra star, but they obviously had some serious issues in the kitchen that day.
