We had a family celebration to mark our parents Diamond wedding anniversary. The food was excellent and the service could not be faulted. The only downside to me was then when we booked there was a section that asked if we were celebrating anything. I did enter that it was their 60th anniversary so I felt some sort of recognition of the event would have been nice. If you aren't going to recognize this then don't ask.I would still return here despite this.

Had a lovely family meal this evening. Four adults and two toddlers. Staff were great, attentive but relaxed. Good kiddies menu. Excellent sirloin steak, good wine list. All in all, a good visit.

First visit to reopened pub.Delightful service, all by youngters who were smiley, friendly and super helpful. The food was very well priced and freshly made. We all (3 of us) cleared our plates. The amount of food was perfectly judged for the price. We are all fed up with plates piled high which we can never finish. Plenty of choice and the light bites were even better value. Lovely cup of coffee and cheesecake to finish. Very tastefully decorated, great food, excellent service. Nothing to fault. Will be returning.

The Groes Wen is now owed by Ego Mediterranean Restaurants, with a all new menu the dish are beautifully presented and taste delicious. The staff always willing to help & friendly. It can get busy on weekends so I recommend booking early

We had Sunday dinner as a small group. Chicken was lovely, pork ok, and beef a bit stringy (So I'm told). Roasties were disappointing (not very roasted). Desserts were very nice. Service was very pleasant with good timing between courses and enquiries. Bill was incorrect but rectified with no issues. It's a lovely place but the food could be of a higher standard.

Wow...what a restaurant!!!First time here and won't be last!!! Honestly, I didn't aspect to have a such nice welcome, service and food. Usually you don't get very nice meal from chain restaurants but this one deserves more than one visit!!!Very polite and attentive staff, very nice food with a nice selection on the menu.Very nice decor !!!We visited it for my wife's birthday and she enjoyed too!!!So, we will back soon!!!

What a great improvement from the previous dining experience at the 'old' Grows Web. Great selection of food and wine across the menu backed up with friendly and professional service. We will definitely be returning in the near future. We went on kebab night and selected the lamb hanging kebabs. Very tasty, with succulent chunks of lightly spiced lamb rump. My only criticism is that we only found the tortilla wraps hidden in the plate warmer after we had finished eating. We'll known next time.

Welcome was great.Ambience fabulous, really intimate feel. Food was first class, I had the sea bass which was delicious, followed by the warm treacle and ginger tart and an Irish coffee. The service we received from our waitress, Genna, was superb, she was extremely attentive without intruding.I will most definitely return.
