Really disappointed we didn't get through the door. We were given a £50 gift voucher for my husbands birthday in Feb 2020. We haven't felt safe enough to go out until now. Call to book table for 5 and use voucher toward meal but staff advised they extended vouchers for 6 months only as a good will gesture. So this business can execute day light robbery and feel justified to rip us all off???,

Very good as always, the service is very prompt and the whole experience.was over quite quickly really. 1 starter and 2 mains really good, 1 starter very disappointing. We raised this when we paid and it was welcomed. Will return as local.to us and independent which we like.

Wonderful food yesterday lunchtimeI would like to say with the chicken in mushroom sauce, it was served with mash potato dad didn't notice this, then he was offered chips boiled potatoes or veg, he ordered more potatoes !My lamb and cous cous was very large, I don't need chips, boiled or veg with this, suggestion a small side salad.Mum had fish, this was on a bed of sliced new potatoes, again she ordered boiled potatoes, this should of been brought to our attention!

Went for Christmas dinner here and it was excellent. Fresh, properly cooked veg of the sort that other places struggle with. One area to improve, the cheese was nice enough but I thought the choice of Cheddar and Stilton was uninspired. There is excellent Welsh cheese, that would have been nice instead.

Went for Sunday roast good quality meat and veg very filling. Roast potatoes were under done and could of been crispy. Dessert average. Would go again. Lovely service and staff.
