Lilo Newport Grill House and Juice Bar in Newport

We have ordered twice and both times food was so good! 💯 recommend. Very delicious!

Food still brilliant,but prices have gone way up same meals £45 last time within the last six weeks including delivery last night £54

Had a quick meal here early evening, food and juice delicious, the mix grill is epic with 3 super tasty grilled meats, lamb / chicken / lamb kofta. Rice is a delight and everyone loves a chip right? Garlic and chilli sauces really flavoursome with the chilli having a really good flavour not just hot for the sake of it! Flatbread / naan also great.

Chips were wet and floppy. Wrap was just too wet and moist. Garlic bread was a 4 inch baguette and it cost £3. It was like all the food had been steam cooked.

One of the worst restaurants I have been to, I ordered food for a very high price and I was expecting good food, but what I got felt like a massive middle finger, I ordered a burger and got a wrap instead that tasted like it was dragged across the floor, I also got a beef burger that tasted like nothing and it was like eating leather, they also messed up my entire order and added things onto my order to make me pay more. 1/10 never go here.

Visited on 4th Dec. Had good expectations but very disappointed. Starter was nice and flat bread warm and lovely. Juice was delicious. Main courses very disappointing, tastless. Falafel was dry and crumbled into small pieces. Shawarma was asked for as red meat but chicken arrived. Music very loud and could not have conversation easily.

The food was very tasty and in a good size. We ordered from Deliveroo and it showed up around 50 minutes later. The delivery driver was polite and helpful. Thank you for a good service!

Very hit and miss. Sometimes delicious, other times cold, stale and almost always very late. Not cheap, therefore not worth the gamble.My last two orders have gone straight to the dogs because they never listen to my allergy notes/requests.

Disgraceful customer service.Rang to place an order for lunch for 5 people. Not only did the person on the phone get the order completely wrong from the start when she was asked to read it back, she then sarcastically said "you will have to come in to order: I've been on the phone to you for half an hour and I have customers to feed"!!Absolutely shocking. Been looking forward to eating here again all week, but after that appalling attitude, the order was cancelled, and we ate elsewhere.They've lost out on a £50 lunch order and all future business. Will never eat there again.

Was really good, delivered very fast and despite being delivered the presentation was almost as good as the photos on here if you eat in. I will be ordering from this place again very soon
