McDonald's in Newport

The dining area was closed .The drive through was open .I'm a lorry driver and could not take my lorry through so I asked at the drive thru window for a cup of coffee . They refused.Disgusting . Shame in you McDonald's . It's us lorry drivers keep you lot going 🤬🤬🤬

We love this store. Restaurant is always clean and tidy ,staff is always happy and friendly.Would like to mention Julie ,she is doing amazing job ,makes feel customers always welcome to a store.5 🌟 to all team .

Just collected a meal for my 15yr old son, half the large fries were missing! I was already half way home by the time he opened the bag so was unable to return.

I like this mc Donald’s most of the time when there staff can’t be arse to get a order right and don’t pack the order properly with out checking instead giving it to the driver of a delivery company straight away that’s poor from the staff they should be trained for that checking every order BEFORE they pack

No coffee for a week now, signs were late to go up and now premature to be taken down. Annoying when you join the queue on the way to work. Signs should be shown and kept at entry point of the queue.

24 7 ? No chance. They always close night time or early morning. Correct working hours have to be folow! Or change officially. If i know they close early morning i will not bother to drive there..

It says it's open 24 7, ordered by app and there is no-one in, my order is on the screen, has been charged but can't get my coffee.

Popped in today for a Latte Coffee and an apple Pie for my partner who works in the hospital and the coffee served was on the warm side not hot no steam even with widow open but was asked to wait in a parking bay for 2 mins for the apple pie which wasn't much better when delivered, i asked the lady if i could have the coffee hot or warmed more and she was polite but came back a few mins later with i would say the same warm coffee and by then the apple pie was almost cold so you cant win either way.Took it to my partner in around 5 mins and she was grateful except a little later i got a phone call to say the apply pie and coffee gave her a bad tummy and she had to dash to the loo, she has previously had these items with no issue in other areas but this was a bad one for some unknown reason.The moral of the story is if you want to do someone a nice warm deed on a cold day don't but them anything from McDonald's especially Newport as you could do more harm than good, stick to a bunch of flowers of a home made meal !

Drive all over at night with my job. This one is most reliable in the area, also staff I've found there to be pleasant. Gave coldra one review as the worst, only fair I praise the best.

McDonald’s is great for burgers but i like the wrap and their fries specifically
