Mcdonald's Restaurants in Newport

Serving staff were great. Come early in the morning to encounter the quieter clientele. The place befits Newport High Street.

Worst service. I ordered veggie deluxe and I received wrong order after waiting 45 min. All items were cold. No straw for Coke, no Ketchup. Very bad experience. When you complain they will refund you but no use of refund when you are too hungry and you have to wait for extra 45 min.

I been to several McDonald’s, Their service was excellent but, I will never recommend you this McDonald. Their service was very very slow. They made me wait for long time. No body did not said at least a thank you or sorry, Nothing. I been to McDonald’s that was more busy than this still they were very fast, nice and polite.

Service is very slow for a fast food restaurant, and too see floor managers pooly dressed is not a good look even though nothing to do with the food.

Went there today as my young son needed the toilet. Asked the "lady" if we could use the toilet as my son needed to go. She was very frosty ie RUDE as hell and said we needed to buy something. By the time I bought something my son would have wet himself. She did eventually let us use the toilet. They probably have had alot of trouble so was weary but that's not really the point. We were hardly the "type" as she would have perceived. To be honest I think she was just a complete arse and does not represent the mac donalds franchise at all well. Definitely will not go back to that mc donalds. By the looks of the other reviews, it is By far one of the worst mc donalds around. People will not return and I'm not surprised it was very quiet in there.

Had a chicken legend meal. The chicken was overcooked and rock hard. I'd bought it as a takeaway and opened it when I was on the train leaving Newport. Couldn't eat it and I was very disappointed

Quick and easy to order my food. Employees were polite and friendly.

I called at this McDonalds (High Street, Newport) yesterday 15/03/22 and my boyfriend ordered some food and offered to pay with a £20 (paper) note. Dave Savage, an assistant said that it was the franchisee's decision not to take paper notes. He refused to give me the franchisee's name or telephone number. I was told to ring McDonalds head office. How rude. I'll never go here again. This franchisee has 16 outlets apparently.

Possibly the worst McDonald's I've been to. Chips were stone cold, chocolate milkshake was actually vanilla, didn't get the sweet chilli sauce with my chicken selects.Service was fast though.

Poor and Slow Service, staff were and appeared to not know what orders to do first - quick enough to take numerous orders but disorganised when dispensing - my order was pucked up 3 times & I heard staff told by manager "sort the delivery ones first" - when my food eventually arrived my chicken was hard, the diet coke tasted flat and my Wrap had excessive amounts of salad in it and wasn't hot/warm and tasted vile - not a nice place to visit and won't go there again VERY POOR & SLOW service - money first & customer service NON EXISTENT
