New Inn Motel in Newport

Standard hotel rooms but are comfy. Had to wait 15 mins for someone to come to the desk as nobody had took the pager to alert them there were guests. Breakfast was a decent spread and the full English wasn't bad

Gorgeous family pub, amazing Xmas decorations, really good food and very friendly staff and atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting. 5*

Room was clean but.1. Mattress were to hard.2. The room was as hot as a sauna3. House keeping walked in at half nine without knocking on the door we were both in bedWorse hotel we have ever stayed in

OK the bed and room were comfortable - a good plus. The location just more country than town another plus. Breakfast was good too. I myself was less interested in the fast food fare in the evening but many were.

Great little place for 1 night, room was clean, cozy and great size. Bathroom was nice with no black mould etc. Shower was nice too. Brekky was perfect and staff very helpful and friendly. Great value

This was our second stay with the staff at the New Inn and everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom bin but that was quickly rectified. Ample space for 2 for a week. Rooms have had an upgrade and look nice. Bed was a little soft but I like to sleep on a rock so cant complain really. Front desk not manned at night so only advice I could suggest would be a sign to state times for breakfast and check out for those of us who cant remember past check in. Will stay again.

Fab, polite, very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks George for your help/advice with our Tesco app/coupons. Freshly cooked, delicious meals. Very good value for money. Thank you all, will be seeing you all when we next visit Newport.

Room was really good. Breakfast outstanding. Wifi pitiful, dropped in and out, couldn't even browse properly. Lovely big television in the room, but batteries were dead on the remote. Only one satchel of milk when we arrived but reception sorted this out no issues. All in all a good stay, better than some more expensive we have stayed at in the area.

5 stars for the amazing lady we met in the wacky.. I'm sure her name is Louise? Anyway she was amazing with my two boys and she even got my autistic son to go down his first tube slide after me telling her he will never do it! Definitely will visit again soon
