Great food! It was hot and fresh 😋 and the staff were lovely , very friendly and attentive. We come here quite often and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Nice environment, server was very polite. Food was nice, but very expensive. They offer two for one on main meals which you'll need to get your money's worth.

·

Very friendly and helpful staff, food fresh and hot, also does Bluelight discount on top of the 2 for 1. Thank you. Will definitely visit again. 💖

Most of the menu is very good would rate it 4 starts on the food, with the exception of a few items that were not so nice (chicken burger). Gave 3 stars overall because the servers are extremely slow at taking your order, was waiting ages at the table for order to be taken. Then nobody came to clear the plates and ask about dessert or more drinks at the end so ended up leaving instead of getting dessert

2 for 1 yet still more expensive that I'd like for somewhere that uses Bisto for gravy. The staff here were absolutely amazing and dealt with my daughters allergy requirements with zero fuss. I often feel awkward having to ask about allergens but the staff made it clear they weren't put out at all. I always find this pub to be well presented, clean and welcoming. Staff always good as gold and food tasty enough. Not a terrible menu but still reduced to what it used to be.

I've held off reviewing the Otter in the past as it used to be quite inconsistent, but we've had a few meals here recently and they have all been to a very high standard. It caters very well for families and the staff are always great!

Lovely atmosphere, great staff who go all out to help and serve. Good menu, now back to full choice after the last couple of years restrictions. Quiz night every other Sunday is such fun and great prizes, have yet to attend other events but there's always something coming up and advertised on their social media so looking forward to another visit soon.

As a local the Otter is really convenient and I've enjoyed coming with friends in the past. However I was told today the pub isn't dog friendly. Unfortunately a friend booked but I won't be coming again as this doesn't suit my lifestyle. Its a shame as I'm walking distance so it would be nice to walk the dog up and back. There are many alternative dog friendly pubs, restaurants and coffee shops in the area which I will be going to instead. The pub should really reconsider this policy.

Wednesday lunchtime. Pub was fairly quiet. Service was fast and efficient. Burger was tasty and well cooked. Chips were plentiful and with a nice crispiness. A very pleasant lunch. Be back soon.

I came here to celebrate my sister's birthday. The food was delicious and my partner had the hunters chicken and he said it was "stonking and way better than the bumble bee and witherspoon!" We was sat next to the kids play area which was great for us as I had my 2 little ones. My kids enjoyed their food and I've gotta say the chips were lovely!normally I don't eat chips but these were lush! The toilet facilities were clean and all staff members are friendly and very helpful. I would definitely come back here again.
