Nice restaurant. Quite busy bit food was prompt and well cooked.

Absolutely cannot fault this place. The staff go above and beyond whether you have it delivered or pick it up. Every time we pick it up they are absolutely amazing with my little boy and are very quick and prompt.The food is second to none, full of flavour and totally delicious!Popadoms is my go to Indian restaurant and I am never disappointed.Delivery sometimes can be late but I always expect that on a Saturday and they are very helpful over the phone.110% recommended.

Ordered a meal at 18.41 and it didn't arrive until 20.53. When ordering on their website it doesn't give an estimated time. If I knew it would take 2 hours I wouldn't have ordered it. I rang at 8.15 asking how long and was told another half hour which I was shocked by. The man on the phone was very stern stating they have over 200 orders and his words "its new years eve" which obviously I knew that. There was no need for that at all. I wont be ordering from them again which is a shame as I've been going there for years but I won't be spoken to like that. Happy New year.

Just had a lovely meal at popadoms. Food was stunning, freshly cooked. Staff were very friendly.

Takeaway whilst staying locally for work, the butter chicken did not have much flavour at all, real shame given the good reviews. Had I been eating in, it's likely I would have sent it back.

Very rude staff! My daughter rang to enquire about a missing item, they put her on loud speaker to kitchen staff and told her to F off!!! Food was cold and tasteless also

Nothing special really, vindaloo was sauce and 4x chunks of chicken, saag paneer had a similar famine of paneer, the kofte in the mixed grill was delicious but hollow in the middle.Overall small meat portions, good flavours. I was still hungry, whereas my previous locals in Somerset would stuff me. Guess that's what I get for listening to a drunk recommendation on a weekend!

I ordered chapati and other food via Deliveroo. Since they didn't have chef to make dough for proper chapati, they bought the chapati from cash and carry shop, toasted it and delivered to us. Real shame. When i spoke to the restaurant the person said they are allowed to sell like that, they don't charge the price of the real chapati made by the chef... The staff was not even apologised... I'm never buying again..

Brilliant takeaway deals and consistently good food. Quite quick from ordering to collection. This is now our regular Indian.Have eaten in the restaurant before and it was good but a little lacking in atmosphere at the time we went. Probably because it was earlier and a bit quiet. However, service and food were excellent. The restaurant menu also specified vegetarian and vegan options. Your server can also help with this or other requirements.Be aware the restaurant is upstairs with quite a few steps.
