Standard Tandoori Take Away in Newport

Love this place. Deliveries are always fast and within the time frame. The food is always piping hot (in more ways than one) and good quality. As a fan of chicken Pathia, this place is one of the best I've had. While the prices are higher than some other places in the area, you get what you pay for. The rice is always fluffy and cooked well, never dry or soggy. The popadums are usually great, had a few overcooked ones sometimes, but it's never too bad that they are inedible. I Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting Newport.

We tried Chicken curry rice box. It tasted pretty good. They accept cash only or you can pay via their app.

Food was hot when it arrived. The cheese naan I had only had been waved in the general direction of cheese. Other than that, it was an all around good meal and worth the money. No other complaint really. Shame..... I wanted to get my hair off 😂. Recommend for quality Indian food

The worst meal I have ever had. Bajis were not cooked, Chicken and prawns inedible, sauce too hot. It will be the last meal we ever order from here, I truly believe it was just warmed up from another day

First time there yesterday but I can assure you it won't be the last, the food was top notch and portions were impressive too. Well done Eveswell Tandoori.

I haven't used this restaurant before but I will definitely be back! Delivery was on time and piping hot. Good size portions and the food was delicious.

The food was terrible!The whole meal from the starters to the main courses were salty and watery. It was like it was pre-made then just heated up in a mircowave!For the first time ever none of us could finish even half of the meal and all we could taste was salt for hours afterwards!Complete waste of money!

It's under new management, the food tastes amazing the portion sizes are good and great value for money. I highly recommend it anyone, good job guys👍

Absolutely garbage !!!! Naan bread still doughy ,onion salad was just onion !! Mango chutney was like sweet and sour sauce !! Chutney tray well tasted like soap !! And the curries had no flavour what so ever , never used to be like this with previous owners !!
