Subway in Newport

Food was amazing, place was spotless and the guy behind the counter was tidy. Had enough points on the app for a free Subway and it didn't disappoint.

Good service, friendly staff, nice sandwiches... don't close earlier than advertised unlike other subway further up the road.

On 2 occasions has my order been wrong and arrived cold. Don't bother trying to call them to correct your order; they won't pick up!

Regularly get food from here as I work in RGH, but my last visit I wasn’t very happy with. Food was great, just didn’t like the attitude the staff was giving another customer. They’re usually really friendly in there...perhaps he was having a bad day. But the customer didn’t deserve that - she was lovely 😕

Went in today and had a bad experience with 2 staff members I used to speak to them but to I had a very awkward experience as when I went there were people in front of me and they spoke to them fine when it came to me ordering they completely ignored me horrible service and very awkward will not be going there if I could give zero rating I would but its not an option.So there's a staff member that usually would talk to me nicely every time I went in there but today was so strange and made me uncomfortable she ignored me completely I ask how she was doing and she completely blanked me and made feel very awkward.
