The Indian Cottage in Newport

Best Indian take away in Newport by far. Have been using for the last year or so and every time has been the same high quality, excellent service. Piping hot, fast delivery and the flavours are amazing. Reasonably priced, the website is quick and easy to use. Highly recommended.

We ordered a takeaway meal last night (05.02.22) which arrived within 40 mins of ordering it. All the food was hot and totally delicious. I would recommend the New Indian Cottage for lovely meal, plenty of choice and great portion sizes.. very good value for money. We will definately be ordering again soon. 😊

2 hours 15 min for our curry last night only to malpas beef rogan was bloody shocking in 40 years use these wont b going there again

GO HERE FOR GOOD INDIAN FOOD!! Ive been here twice now since it has re-opened, and they do beautiful food! The man on Front Desk is REALLY helpful, willing to explain what each dish is. Will also ammend dishes to suit taste buds (from mild to spicy. Just how you like). Will recommend to friends and family. Not a long wait at all. I think we waited all of 20 mins, and we went in. Well worth the money!! GO HERE FOR GOOD INDIAN FOOD!!

I think the best take out curry house in Newport and I’ve tried a lot!! Excellent quality meat, the Korma and Keema Nam are stunning. Generous size boxes. They do deals too ( 2 curry’s, rice or chips, choice or nams, etc for about £16 ish) well worth driving to Malpas road for!!

As many others I naturally choose Hatti for when i want Indian but i thought I'll try something new, and I say it was the best decision I ever took, the chicken was eligent and soft and the lamb biryani I would way is better than Hatti's. I will be here again and recommend everyone else to do so aswell.It really is fabulous food.
