The Tredegar Arms in Newport

Great friendly service. Very welcoming, good drinks and complimentary chips at half time

Great service. Lovely atmosphere. Still my favourite Rogerstone pub.

A nice pint and friendly staff and atmosphere

Lovely little pub. Friendly welcoming staff good covered outside seating area. Pity there is no music etc otherwise would be perfect

Amazing food and friendly service. Would definitely recommend trying the gourmet burger - one of the best I have ever had!

Called to book 30 mins before we arrived. Great outdoor set-up and staff couldn't have done more for us. Awesome to have them back open

Rang at 5.50 to ask if any tables spare, told no problem come down, arrived at 6pm and told no free tables, mentioned the fact that we had rung and reluctantly shown to a table in garden with instructions to leave at 7.30, still here at 8pm and 20 free tables around us all evening, need to improve bookings system. Food and beer good, but must be loosing out on a lot of trade......

Really lovely staff, the beer is excellent. Great beer garden and excellent quality renovation inside.Weird to talk about covid in a review, but these guys have gotten safety down to a tee. Can feel confident in coming here during the pandemic, and being able to have a nice time, and do it safely :)

Home from home! Beautiful family run pub full of community spirit! Delicious food and great beers!

Classic pub food, big portions at very good prices. Everything we ordered was hot and fresh and came through from the kitchen very quickly. Great service from the young lady behind the bar who easily handled our food orders at the same time. Best of all, lunch and drinks for 4 adults came to under £30!
