Usa Chicken in Newport

There chicken gave my partner food poisoning from there was sick for about 4 days. He couldn't move, keep anything down. I think the place is disgusting

Collection order, hot and tasty food, spicy mushrooms are lovely, threw in an extra spicy chicken fillet too 🙌

Been using these for year but not any more. Last 3 orders have been sub standard, cold or part cooked. Today the order was wrong . No working phone number just a call retrieval service and a live chat that can't contact the take away because there's only a call retrieval service! Don't waste your money here

Will not be ordering again!Ordered at 7:28 didnt arrive until 9:05, pizza was cold and har,d (might aswell eat cardboard) chicken was stone cold, rather disappointed. Used to regularly order from here the past couple of times have been ridiculously slow and cold. Not satisfied and will not be ordering again. Suprised they're still in business.

Ordered 2 x house special kebab, £13.50 each!, defo not worth it!!! Soo less kebab, smalleat portion of chicken/lamb kebab ive seen, also the wings i order were tiny! And chips a bit well done! USA chicken, first and last time.

Ordered online at 6:15pm.. eta was 7pm. 8pm still hasn't arrived, called the restaurant the guy was rude and said its on its way the driver had just left.. waited until 8:45 called again only to be told its on its way.. I said you said that 45 minutes ago.. he became rude and aggressive then said they had cancelled the order.. so was actually all lies from the beginning.. shocking place do yourself a favour and avoid. Order from somewhere else.

Great speedy delivery. Lovely hot food and very polite delivery guy. Will definitely be ordering again 👍🏼

READ THIS, AVOID!! BEWARE!! Having ordered food via ubereats at 10:45 with an estimated delivery time of 11:45-12:00, I rang at 12:15 to see where my food was. Having been reassured my food was 'out for delivery' without even asking my name or address I thought it seemed a bit odd. 30 minutes past and I decided enough was enough and wanted to cancel my order as it was approaching 1am. After some heated words with the man on the phone regarding cancelling my order he informed me that 'no cancel, food already on the way but don't worry I spit on every pizza in case I'm dealing with any c*nts like you'Funnily enough food arrived 5 mins later, but went straight in the bin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Wouldn't even give this place a star rating. Partner order food for when I had finished work for 18:45 food arrived half hour early. When partner rang up to complain the owner was very rude saying he can't be bothered and he is too busy to deal with the complaint. He then said he would come and get the food and cancel order but didn't offer a refund.Luckily I was home 5 minutes after the food arrived but was cold and tasted like it had just been sat around for agesAlso found a long blonde/white hair on my foodSafe to say will never be ordering from here againRude customer service
