Yummies Kebab House in Newport

Owner threatened to come to my address and knock me out all because I politely asked them to cancel my order. Customer service speaks for itself

Dry kebab meat, soggy chicken wings and chips that taste like they've been cooked then cooled and cooked the next day! Never again!

Ordered food from here was not what we was expecting the food was cold and very burnt and dry tried to ring the restaurant up and called loads of times did not answer so be going to the restaurant in the morning and getting our money back and will not be ordering from here ever again

Ordered a special Shish kebab and a xl mixed donner online, it gave me the option to have my xl mixed donner with naan bread however it turned up as a wrap but in tortilla bread, and when the special shish came the driver said we had no lamb so gave you extra chicken which we thought ok fair enough and there was extra chicken, but I’m regards to the wrap, I was really disappointed with the tortilla bread when advertised as naan, but having said all that both were really nice, would of been 5 stars if order was correct

Where do I begin? Me and my partner ordered £40 worth of food from here at 1:30AM to the Celtic Manor.The food did not arrive until 3AM and was stone cold, our pizza had a pathetic amount of toppings (one strand of onion here, a little piece of ham there), the other food was dried out and rubbery and we were missing drinks. We spoke to the delivery driver who advised us to phone the store in the morning to request a refund.40 phone calls later and 5PM the next day we manage to get through to them, only to be told if I haven’t got the food still I’m not getting a refund. (Why would I have the food still?)The managers attitude was disgusting and he did not care about our bad experience, quoting “it’s not my problem, it is what it is”. He refused to give me any further details of someone higher up, he scoffed and told me “ha, can’t do that, data protection innit”If you value your money and are looking for something quality to eat, this is not the place! Please bare in mind we were both very drunk after a wedding and we didn’t think twice about putting that poison in our body still.

Cold, undercooked and absolutely disgusting. Never will eat here again even if the food turned up warm, cooked and on time. Should be ashamed of yourselves

Ordered a family meal at 7pm, arrived 1hr later with a kebab missing. 9pm my kebab came with delivery driver a number of times throwing stones at my window, complained to tummies and basically said it's not me it's my driver, not my problem. Stay away from the place!

If could leave 0 I would. Absolute joke and attitude of manager disgusting! Asked why was lying and sent out driver to check to make sure we was not lying. Then refused to send.out nee food despite asking for a chicken meat and receiving a mixed donner. Asked for.larger and got small. Refunded £1.50 but despite food allergies was left with food that is uneatable and down £7. Absolute joke!

Ordered delivery and food turned up late and cold; delivery driver was clueless as to where to go. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money here if you're planning on getting food delivered.

The woman on the desk was brilliant, polite and was pleasent throughout the issues occured. After waiting over 25 minutes over the delivery time I called back up to the restraunt, taking another 17 minutes for the order to be sent out. The Delivery driver came into the street dangrously, nearly hitting a parked vehicle. He came to the door, only having 4/5 items from our order. Leading us to call back the restraunt waiting 30 minutes for the final food to be delivered. The delivery guy was rude whilst handing over the final item. Shocking.. The food itself was not worth the time waiting, stone cold and horribly dry. Not wanting to come back after this...
