Bombay Blue in Rhondda Cynon Taf

We ordered a delivery from here on a Sunday. We were told there’ll be a 1h10 waiting. After 1h30 we called again. They said they were leaving right then. We live 5 minutes away. After 15-20 minutes we called to cancel the order. This was the 2nd time this happened. The difference this time is, as I was getting some food out the fridge, they knocked on the door. We took it so the food wouldn’t be wasted.The food was cold and we had to warm it up in the microwave (I don’t like food too hot and this was cold even for me). It wasn’t the worst takeaway but neither was good. We had some chips and tasted like they were cooked the day before.I wouldn’t recommend ordering takeaways from here. I know we won’t do it again.

I really cannot believe some of the low ratings with Bombay. Either the drink was wrong, or expensive or picking at the colouring in the food blah blah! I l do not eat regularly but every time I do the staff, service and food is simply amazing. Yes compare with another house just go back there!? I see my children once every six-eight months since moving back to my home town Cardiff and they all say can we get food from 'that place near you Dad'! They are fussing little people but 'that' place is Bombay Blue. Beautiful sit in surroundings (have not done that yet), super polite staff and committed customer service. Best continental food I have enjoyed and I am 47 years old and seen many!!!Just called in again.. And again, amazing these guys look after you regardless.

Decent Indian, lovely food, generally good service although you can find you order before other tables but get food later than them. Nice atmosphere.For those a little cautious over covid the restaurant could do with opening windows or doors regularly but didn't bother us.Recommended

Excellent food and service, recommended to visit with Ur love one and try the Moharaza Bhuna special and Ratnagari Lamb and TMG and Mix Shashlik for sure. Just hats off to the chef such a wonderful dish I have ever experienced.#recommended.#Best #Indian #Restaurant in the town.

Another beautiful meal with the wife. I tried spinach and lentil rice absolutely gorgeous with my meal. Highly recommend a visit good value for money.

40 minutes late. Food came Luke warm, the men in the restaurant hung up on me three times when I asked them where it was. Curry came doused in curry powder and no flavour. The man was so rude on the phone and didn't help and didnt try to amend the problem just patronised me. Won't be ordering again
