Delivery took 1 hour and 40 minutes.Not all of our order arrived, when I called I was told they could send the items missed out - after waiting a 100 minutes for our order this wasn’t an option.Was told mistakes happen, they shouldn’t - it’s not difficult to tick an order into a bag. Typical we have your money attitude towards customer service.

Rarely answer the phone to take orders. Staff are rude and inarticulate and you'll probably find a hair in your order, most likely the foo yung! Do yourself a favour and go to Kam Hong

Absolutely banging food and lovely people

We should have read all the reviews before ordering online as that would have let us know what we were in for ! The website said collection was not an option and delivery may take up to ninety minutes. Not brilliant with that timescale but hey ho, decided to give it a go, hoping it would actually be quicker in practice. After two hours waiting we rang to be told it's out with the driver. During the second phone call, almost two and a half hours after the order was made, the staff stated it was only 10 minutes late and when we requested a refund were told it was not possible!! At that point it actually arrived. I dislike giving a bad review but in this case it is well deserved.

Ordered food at 6.08pm received message that it would be delivered by 7.30pm food did not arrive until after 8pm. Food was cold as well as being late. Delivery driver told us that they are only informed of the delivery 20mins before order is ready to go owner disputed this and told me that the driver tells them 20mins before when to prepare the food. What a joke. Never come across a takeaway that works that way. Phoned to ask why it was late and got a load of excuses. Offered a refund which I disputed as I felt the amount offered was unreasonable - refund has not materialised. Never ever again. Appauled.

had a takeout for two thursday 12 august and really enjoy the meal very tasty portions are very generous even the wife (very fussy) could find no fault which is praise indeed!

First time trying this Chinese last night and we are super impressed! The meat from China Village is great quality (which isn't always the case with takeaway food) and the food tasted clean and delicious. This will be our go-to Chinese in future. Excellent service too, really friendly staff.
