David Italian Dining Experience in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Dull, needs a few quid spending on it. Mussels portion was a little on the small side but tasty and the cowboy steak wasn't great. Poor waitress was rushed off her feet but was attentive and food came promptly.

A great dining experience. Friendly staff, good food and reasonably priced.

Arrived at 19.15, 3 of our mains finally came out at 21.20. .. My partners came out 20 mins later after getting the order wrong twice, 2nd time bringing out a meat dish when she can't eat meat for medical reasons. 3 tables also came in after us and got served their meals a good time before us, shambolic. Raised my issues with the waiting staff who agreed we had not had the best night and offered free desserts and drinks in fairness but we just wanted to leave by this point so I asked for our experience to be considered when preparing the bill. The bill came with no discount applied and when I questioned this with the owner he was extremely rude and aggressive, apparently waiting 2 hours for your main course is normal... Finally when I told him I was not paying for my partners meal he said it would have to come out of the waiters tips... I really hope this didn't happen as I do believe the place was understaffed for a Saturday night. Disgusting behaviour from mgmt. and the food was mediocre in comparison to other Italians I've been to, definetly avoid the scallops. Won't be going again!

Decent Italian fare, could do with some better wine though especially an Appassimento seeing as they are so popular right now. How about serving some beers from downstairs at the Tap seeing as they allow you to deliver pizza to their bar?

Went there with a large party , we were very well looked after by really attentive staff. Food was top notch too.

Yet again another fantastic meal with no complaints from our party would recommend to anyone, staff very welcoming and food served very quickly with no long delays

The food was very nice! Service was not professional and staff should be in black trousers & t shirts not grey sweatshirts!! I realise they are young the young lady was very pleasant. I ordered a dessert which took about 20 mins to come we had to ask where it was and the resturant was empty. I certainly think you need to look at these comments.
