"Frankie & Bennies", in Rhondda Cynon Taf

If you can get a voucher code for this place it's a real bargain. Staff were very friendly and food was surprisingly good.

Yet again a lovely meal at the Nantgarw F&B's. Excellent friendly service and fantastic food quality. Will be back again

Went to the cinema and decided to pop in to get some food quickly before the film. Advised staff we had limited time. They seated us and advised dishes to order which have faster serving times. Food was OK and my partner loved the chocolate brownie shake 😋

Lovely food . Great service and a decent price . Will be visiting again soon

The staff and management are fantastic and helpful. I used to love the 15” pizza to share with my partner prior to the cinema and thought it was good value.Visited twice since lockdown and the food has drastically gone down hill portion wise. Oh and the price has increased. An example is, for what I paid for a 15” Pizza is now a 10” pizza with bare minimum of toppings. Such a shame and an obvious terrible top management decision. This will be my last visit in its current situation.

Very nice, half ribs and hunters chicken, and they take the blue light card which was a bonus, as we didn't know until we got there 😀 😋

We had a lovely family meal for my daughter in laws birthday, excellent service from the staff. The only negative thing was that the staff member serving us asked "what the kid"( our granson) would like to order, I brushed it off at first thinking its a kids menu, then again asked us "what drink would the kid like". I maybe old fashioned but i found it quite rude.

Waiter was attentive and the food was tasty and hot served.

We visited Frankie & Benny’s this evening for a quick bite to eat with friends. I am not usually one to write reviews but since the pandemic, all I have experienced is poor customer service to the point that everywhere I go I find everyone is rude. However, on coming to this restaurant tonight we were served by Kiah, she was polite and welcoming! I actually felt shocked at how nice she was and how good the service was considering the mentality of most people these days. So a massive thank you to Kiah for looking after us and putting my faith back into humanity.

The service was excellent especially considering they were on skeleton staff. There is a great selection for vegetarians as well as the meat eaters in our family.
